Choosing between the MSI Raider GE77Hx and MSI Stealth GS66 largely depends on your need for performance, portability, and certain features. The Raider GE77Hx offers a larger screen and is often less expensive than the Stealth GS66, but it is heavier and less portable. Both feature high-end processors and the same GPU, making them suitable for intensive tasks like gaming and engineering. However, the Raider's larger screen and keyboard with a number pad might be preferable for productivity and multimedia use. Conversely, the Stealth GS66 is lighter with a more portable form factor, which may be better for frequent travel. Both have comparable battery life, but the Stealth may have a slight edge in portability due to its weight and dimensions. Consider your priorities: if maximum portability and a lighter device are crucial, the Stealth GS66 wins out, but if you prefer a bigger display and potentially lower price, the Raider GE77Hx is the better choice. How the MSI Raider GE77Hx and the MSI Stealth GS66 compare to other laptops
"The MSI Raider GE77 offers a lot of power for a lot of money. The main components consist of a Core i9-12900HX CPU, a GeForce RTX 3080 Ti Laptop GPU (175 watts TGP, 16 GB VRAM), and 64 GB of RAM, which makes for a high overall performance level. The GeForce GPU in particular scores some of the highest scores we have seen from this chip. Both the CPU and the GPU are able to run at continuously high clock speeds. The relatively high heat and noise emissions match our expectations for this device class. With approximately 5.5 to 6.5 hours, the battery life is good for a powerful 4K laptop."
"The MSI Stealth GS66 is powerful enough for QHD. The Core i7-12700H and the GeForce RTX 3070 Ti found in the 12UGS model that we tested run all modern games smoothly in the native QHD resolution. The 15-inch display is very fast with its 240 Hz refresh rate, and it also offers a great color space (almost 100% DCI-P3) on top of that, which should please gamers as well as content creators, although we would have still wished for a higher brightness. Case, input devices, and connectivity (Thunderbolt 4) are at a good level. However, among other things, the GS66 loses points due to the high temperature development in 3D mode and its poor webcam."
