The MSI Raider GE67Hx is slightly less expensive and offers a high-resolution OLED display, a number pad on the keyboard, and top-notch performance suitable for intensive gaming, engineering, and 3D/machine learning tasks. It has a robust build and excellent heat management but is heavier, which makes it less portable. On the other hand, the MSI Stealth GS66 is more expensive, with a high-refresh-rate IPS display, better portability due to its lighter weight and smaller power brick, along with a good set of features including a Thunderbolt port and USB-C charging. Both have similar battery capacities, but the Stealth GS66 may be preferred by those seeking a more refined, sleek design suitable for premium business settings and users who need to carry their laptop frequently. The MSI Raider GE67Hx has a better screen than the MSI Stealth GS66 for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, software development, and content creation.
For general use, the MSI Raider GE67Hx's excellent screen quality stems from its balance of resolution, panel type, and brightness, providing a sharp, vivid, and bright display that enhances everyday activities. For engineering and design, this laptop's display excels as it covers a wide range of colors, ensuring that designers and engineers see accurate, consistent hues crucial for their work. However, for gaming and 3D applications, its lower refresh rate could detract from the smoothness and responsiveness, which are key factors for immersive and fast-paced experiences, despite its good resolution and panel type.

How the MSI Raider GE67Hx and the MSI Stealth GS66 compare to other laptops
"If you've wanted to dip your toes into PC gaming but can't let go of your console roots, the MSI Raider GE67 HX stakes out an attractive middle ground between the speed and versatility of PC gaming and the comfort and ease of a console. If you can overlook its noisy fans and chintzy touchpad, the Raider provides a powerhouse entertainment experience with an OLED screen that tops most household TVs. It's not cheap, but this gaming machine is more than the sum of its parts."
"The MSI Stealth GS66 is powerful enough for QHD. The Core i7-12700H and the GeForce RTX 3070 Ti found in the 12UGS model that we tested run all modern games smoothly in the native QHD resolution. The 15-inch display is very fast with its 240 Hz refresh rate, and it also offers a great color space (almost 100% DCI-P3) on top of that, which should please gamers as well as content creators, although we would have still wished for a higher brightness. Case, input devices, and connectivity (Thunderbolt 4) are at a good level. However, among other things, the GS66 loses points due to the high temperature development in 3D mode and its poor webcam."
