The MSI Cyborg 15 is more affordable and offers solid performance for general use and gaming; its lighter weight makes it more portable. However, the MSI Raider GE66, despite being pricier and heavier, delivers superior performance for 3D rendering, machine learning, and engineering tasks, as well as a better screen resolution and color accuracy, which is advantageous for creative professionals. The Raider GE66 also has a more robust battery life, but that comes at the expense of increased weight, affecting portability. Give Feedback

The MSI Raider GE66 is very good for engineering and design, while the MSI Cyborg 15 is good.
The MSI Cyborg 15 offers respectable performance for engineering and design with its decent CPU, RAM, and a mid-range GPU, along with a standard high-definition screen; however, the MSI Raider GE66 outperforms it significantly with a more powerful CPU, triple the RAM, and a superior GPU while also boasting a sharper screen, making it more adept for demanding tasks. While both laptops are reasonably portable, the Raider GE66's superior keyboard and cooling system justify its slightly heavier weight and lesser portability compared to that of the Cyborg 15.

The MSI Raider GE66 has a better screen than the MSI Cyborg 15 for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, content creation, and software development.
The MSI Cyborg 15's screen may provide sufficient clarity and brightness for everyday tasks like browsing and document editing, but for engineering and design work, its color coverage may not be as detailed or vibrant. Since it doesn't excel in refresh rate and may lack in resolution and panel quality, it isn't ideal for gaming or 3D applications where smooth motion and sharp visuals are key. On the other hand, the MSI Raider GE66 boasts a high-quality display that brings out intricate details and accurate colors necessary for professional engineering and design, yet like the Cyborg 15, it falls short for gaming due to a less optimal refresh rate.

How the MSI Cyborg 15 and the MSI Raider GE66 compare to other laptops
"The focus of the MSI Cyborg 15 lies on a compromise of performance, mobility, and power consumption. Due to the reduced performance settings, the CPU and GPU perform below their capabilities. Nonetheless, their computing power is still sufficient for FHD gaming at high to maximum settings even then. The power consumption, which is low for a gaming laptop, can be translated into a good battery life. Realistic values of 7 to 8 h are still possible, despite the relatively small battery capacity of 53.5 Wh. Unfortunately the USB-C port doesn't offer any support for Power Delivery, which would be a sensible feature in the case of the Cyborg."
"The MSI Raider GE66 12UHS notebook passes with flying colors. The GE66 is a high-end notebook with strong performance. The keyboard and trackpad are still very good and score well with precise inputs as well as high build quality. Thanks to a new liquid metal cooling solution, the Intel Core i9 12900HK brings a performance increase of around 50 percent over the predecessor's Intel Core i9 10980HK. The installed graphics card in our device delivers up to 30 percent higher frame rates than the RTX 2070 Super in the MSI GE66 10SFS."
