If you prioritize a laptop with better performance for 3D, machine learning, or engineering tasks and plan to use it for intensive gaming, the Razer Blade 15 stands out with its more powerful graphics card. However, it is usually more expensive and has a bulkier power brick, making it less portable. On the other hand, the Microsoft Surface Laptop Studio is a bit more affordable and offers a higher resolution touch screen with a better battery life, making it more suitable for general use and portability. The tradeoff is that it has less raw performance for demanding tasks compared to the Razer Blade 15. Give Feedback

The Razer Blade 15 and Microsoft Surface Laptop Studio are both good for general use, though the Razer Blade 15 is somewhat better.
The Microsoft Surface Laptop Studio, with a flexible hinge design for multiple usage modes, high screen brightness and color accuracy, and sufficient power through its CPU and graphics card, makes for a versatile device suitable for general use, with the perks of portability and a reasonable battery life. On the other hand, the Razer Blade 15, boasting superior CPU, a larger high-refresh-rate display, and a more powerful graphics card, caters well to both general use and demanding tasks, but with a compromise on battery life and slightly less portability due to its increased weight.

The Razer Blade 15 has a better screen than the Microsoft Surface Laptop Studio for gaming and AI, content creation, and software development.
If you prioritize a crisp, clear display for everyday tasks like browsing and watching videos, both the Surface Laptop Studio and the Razer Blade 15 offer high-resolution panels with good brightness, making them excellent choices. For those involved in engineering and design, both laptops provide wide color gamuts, ensuring that the colors you see on screen are accurate and consistent for professional work. However, if you're heavily into gaming or 3D modeling, you may find their screens lacking due to lower refresh rates, which can result in less fluid motion and responsiveness compared to laptops designed specifically for those purposes.

How the Microsoft Surface Laptop Studio and the Razer Blade 15 compare to other laptops
"There’s no doubt that the Surface Laptop Studio is groundbreaking. We’ve come to expect such things from the Surface lineup, so it’s always nice to see a product that exceeds our expectations. The pull-forward laptop-screen concept has been tried before, but never in a device that’s so stylish and packed with innovative features like a haptic touchpad and robust digital stylus support."
"The 2022 Blade 15 offers roughly 15 to 25 percent faster graphics performance and 20 percent faster CPU performance over last year's Core i7-11800H and RTX 3080 model. Thankfully, the system doesn't need to run noticeably louder or warmer to achieve faster results, but both power consumption and battery life take a hit. The higher consumption in particular appears to be a trend amongst many 12th gen Core laptops including the Schenker Uniwill Technology GM7AG8P or MSI Vector GP66 when compared to their previous generation counterparts. We're also glad to not see below-average CPU performance which was the case for the 10th gen Core i7-10875H model."
