If cost is a major concern and you prioritize a balance between performance and portability for everyday tasks or business use, the Lenovo ThinkPad X13 is a pragmatic choice. However, if your work involves gaming, 3D rendering, or other graphics-intensive tasks and you don't mind a heavier laptop with a shorter battery life, investing more in the Razer Blade 15 provides you with superior performance and a high-quality display, which will be beneficial for those specific needs. The Razer Blade 15 is very good for gaming and AI, while the Lenovo ThinkPad X13 is only fair.
The Lenovo ThinkPad X13, while capable, has a GPU that may struggle with high-end games and 3D applications and typically comes with screens that prioritize productivity over high refresh rates, making it less suitable for these tasks. On the other hand, the Razer Blade 15 is designed with a more powerful GPU and higher screen refresh rate which are crucial for a smooth and immersive gaming and 3D rendering experience.

The Lenovo ThinkPad X13 has a better screen than the Razer Blade 15 for software development, while the Razer Blade 15 has a better screen for general use, gaming and AI, and engineering and design.
The Lenovo ThinkPad X13's screen offers high resolution and brightness, making it suitable for general use and detailed engineering work, but its lower refresh rate isn't ideal for 3D applications that require smooth motion. The Razer Blade 15's screen combines high resolution with increased brightness and wide color gamuts, which benefits engineering and design tasks requiring color accuracy but falls short for gaming or 3D work due to the limited refresh rate. Neither laptop's screen refresh rate is optimized for 3D tasks, which demand faster screen updates for a fluid visual experience.

How the Lenovo ThinkPad X13 and the Razer Blade 15 compare to other laptops
"The Lenovo ThinkPad X13 G4 has very good input devices, a wide array of security features and ports as well as 5G in the tested configuration. It is more compact and lightweight compared with its predecessor, and it has improved speakers and a slightly better webcam. On the other hand, the fan is more annoying and the performance is barely improved. The battery is worse as well, but this is primarily attributable to the OLED screen - if this aspect is important, buyers should choose the IPS Low Power LCD."
"The 2022 Blade 15 offers roughly 15 to 25 percent faster graphics performance and 20 percent faster CPU performance over last year's Core i7-11800H and RTX 3080 model. Thankfully, the system doesn't need to run noticeably louder or warmer to achieve faster results, but both power consumption and battery life take a hit. The higher consumption in particular appears to be a trend amongst many 12th gen Core laptops including the Schenker Uniwill Technology GM7AG8P or MSI Vector GP66 when compared to their previous generation counterparts. We're also glad to not see below-average CPU performance which was the case for the 10th gen Core i7-10875H model."
