If saving money is a priority and you mainly use your laptop for basic tasks like browsing, office work, or video calls, the Lenovo ThinkPad X13 offers a more cost-effective solution and is lighter for travel. However, if you engage in high-performance activities like gaming, 3D rendering, or intensive machine learning projects and you need greater graphics and processing power, the MSI Stealth GS77 is better suited, though at a higher cost and with less portability due to its size and weight. Battery life is also typically longer on less powerful laptops like the X13. Give Feedback

The MSI Stealth GS77 is good for gaming and AI, while the Lenovo ThinkPad X13 is only fair.
The Lenovo ThinkPad X13, while suitable for light gaming and 3D tasks, may struggle with demanding games due to its GPU and screen refresh rate limitations, whereas the MSI Stealth GS77, with its high-end GPU and faster screen refresh rate, excels in gaming and 3D rendering, making it a preferred option for enthusiast gamers and professionals working with graphics-intensive applications. The ThinkPad offers good screen quality and CPU performance which are beneficial for general tasks and some multimedia, but for top-tier gaming and 3D performance, the MSI's superior screen quality and processing power are more in line with those specific demands.

The MSI Stealth GS77 has a better screen than the Lenovo ThinkPad X13 for general use, gaming and AI, and engineering and design.
For general use, the Lenovo ThinkPad X13's panel type, resolution, and brightness provide clear and vivid images for everyday tasks, whereas the MSI Stealth GS77 offers an even sharper and brighter display making text and images pop more for such activities. When it comes to engineering and design, the MSI Stealth GS77 stands out with higher color gamut coverage, which means it can display a wider range of colors more accurately, a crucial advantage for professionals in those fields. However, for gaming and 3D work, the lower refresh rate on both laptops means they don't display motion as smoothly as models specifically designed for these purposes, resulting in a less optimal visual experience for fast-paced activities.

How the Lenovo ThinkPad X13 and the MSI Stealth GS77 compare to other laptops
"The Lenovo ThinkPad X13 G4 has very good input devices, a wide array of security features and ports as well as 5G in the tested configuration. It is more compact and lightweight compared with its predecessor, and it has improved speakers and a slightly better webcam. On the other hand, the fan is more annoying and the performance is barely improved. The battery is worse as well, but this is primarily attributable to the OLED screen - if this aspect is important, buyers should choose the IPS Low Power LCD."
"The MSI Stealth GS77 is better than the GS76... mostly. The GS77 is a few steps forward and a few steps back from the GS76. Improvements are numerous including the stronger and more rigid skeleton, higher resolution webcam, larger clickpad, easier serviceability, relatively similar battery runtimes, newer display options, and higher performance at about the same TDP and TGP levels as before. CPU performance is better than expected even when compared to other laptops with Core i7 or Core i9 processors. The newer model feels more substantial than the outgoing one for higher quality impressions as well."
