When deciding between the Lenovo ThinkPad T14 and the LG Gram 16, consider that the ThinkPad T14 generally offers robust build quality and enhanced security features, making it a solid choice for business professionals who prioritize durability and data protection. The LG Gram, on the other hand, is known for its lightweight design and longer battery life, appealing to those who frequently travel or prefer a lighter device to carry. If your work involves resource-intensive applications, the ThinkPad may handle those tasks more effectively, while the Gram is more suited for everyday use with the advantage of being more portable. Choose the ThinkPad if you need a workhorse and can handle the extra weight and cost; opt for the Gram if you value weight and battery life over top-tier performance. Give Feedback

The Lenovo ThinkPad T14 offers robust performance with a good CPU and ample RAM, making multitasking and productivity tasks seamless, while its screen, keyboard, and build quality ensure a pleasant and durable user experience; however, it may not be as light as alternatives. On the other hand, the LG Gram 16, while still providing sufficient power for general use, shines in portability and battery life, with a larger, high-quality screen that enhances viewing, but it might not match the ThinkPad in keyboard comfort and might struggle with more demanding tasks.

For general use, both the Lenovo ThinkPad T14 and the LG Gram 16 offer clear, crisp displays due to their high resolution and brightness, making them comfortable for everyday tasks like browsing and video streaming. When it comes to engineering and design, both laptops have displays that cover a wide range of colors, important for precision in visual work; however, artists and engineers may find the color fidelity lacking for the most demanding tasks. Nevertheless, gamers and professionals in 3D fields may not favor these laptops since their screens don't refresh as quickly as desired, leading to less fluid motion and response times during fast-paced activities.

How the Lenovo ThinkPad T14 and the LG Gram 16 compare to other laptops
"We like a lot about this laptop. It has many ports, with the inclusion of RJ45-Ethernet as a defining feature. WWAN is upgradable for maximum flexibility and the ThinkPad has many security functions. Working with the ThinkPad input devices is a lot of fun, and Lenovo puts in a serviceable Low Power panel. The AMD Ryzen 7 Pro 7840U delivers a great performance and does not drain the battery fast. Fan noise and temperatures are nothing special, but also far away from bad. With the user replaceable keyboard, the ThinkPad T14 Gen 4 has a special feature rarely present on most modern laptops."
"The LG Gram 16 is a lightweight device with stability issues. The LG Gram 16Z90Q with a Core i7-1260P is made with portability in mind and places less of a focus on users with high demands on performance. The compact and light chassis is particularly practical when you are on the go. The device is not only comfortably small and lightweight, it also boasts a great battery life. When connected to mains, on the other hand, the 16-inch device is rather disappointing. The standard cooling mode causes extreme volatility in terms of CPU, SSD and iGPU performance. The meager stability of the chassis may also put off some potential buyers."
