The Lenovo ThinkPad P16 is generally less expensive and better suited for engineering tasks, offering high color accuracy and a larger screen with higher resolution, making it ideal for detailed work requiring precise color representation. Its larger battery suggests a longer life between charges, and it includes a numeric keypad, but it is heavier and thicker, impacting portability. Alternatively, the Razer Blade 15 is slightly more expensive, boasts a more powerful graphics card suitable for intensive gaming, and has a higher refresh rate screen for smooth visuals. It is lighter and thinner, enhancing portability, but has a smaller battery which may result in shorter usage time off the charger. Choose the ThinkPad P16 for work-focused use and durability or the Blade 15 for gaming and greater portability. Give Feedback

For general use, laptops with high resolution and bright panels offer clear and vibrant displays, making the ThinkPad P16 and Razer Blade 15 appealing with their sharp images and good visibility in various lighting conditions. When it comes to engineering and design, both laptops provide wide color gamuts ensuring accurate color reproduction crucial for detailed work, although the ThinkPad might have a slight edge in color precision. However, gaming and 3D applications benefit most from high refresh rates to ensure smooth motion, which neither the ThinkPad P16 nor the Razer Blade 15 is particularly geared towards, as their strengths lie more in color accuracy than in speed.

How the Lenovo ThinkPad P16 and the Razer Blade 15 compare to other laptops
"It's only a few months since we gave the MSI CreatorPro X17 one of our rare 4.5-star ratings and our top mobile workstation honor, but the Lenovo ThinkPad P16 Gen 1 matches that achievement in a more premium overall build. Ultimately, its build quality, screen, and keyboard give our latest Editors' Choice nod to the Lenovo—it's enough of a monster on almost all fronts that it simply cannot be ignored."
"The 2022 Blade 15 offers roughly 15 to 25 percent faster graphics performance and 20 percent faster CPU performance over last year's Core i7-11800H and RTX 3080 model. Thankfully, the system doesn't need to run noticeably louder or warmer to achieve faster results, but both power consumption and battery life take a hit. The higher consumption in particular appears to be a trend amongst many 12th gen Core laptops including the Schenker Uniwill Technology GM7AG8P or MSI Vector GP66 when compared to their previous generation counterparts. We're also glad to not see below-average CPU performance which was the case for the 10th gen Core i7-10875H model."
