The Lenovo Slim Pro 7 14 is significantly less expensive than the Razer Blade 15, offering great performance for general use and reasonable capabilities for 3D tasks and machine learning at a better price point. However, it falls short in intensive gaming when compared to the Razer Blade 15. The Razer has a more powerful graphics card, better suited for gaming and engineering applications, but this comes with a higher cost and decreased battery life. The Lenovo is lighter and more portable, boasting longer battery life, but with modest gaming performance. Consider the Lenovo if you prioritize price, portability, and battery life, and the Razer Blade 15 for superior gaming, engineering, and overall high-performance tasks, keeping in mind its higher cost and weight. The Razer Blade 15 is very good for gaming and AI, while the Lenovo Slim Pro 7 14 is only fair.
The Razer Blade 15 outperforms the Lenovo Slim Pro 7 14 in gaming and 3D applications due to its superior Nvidia RTX 3070 Ti graphics card, which is substantially more powerful than the RTX 3050 in the Lenovo, and a higher screen refresh rate of 240Hz versus 90Hz, which means smoother visuals in fast-paced games.

The Razer Blade 15 has a better screen than the Lenovo Slim Pro 7 14 for general use, gaming and AI, and engineering and design.
If you prioritize a clear and vivid display for everyday activities and work, both Lenovo and Razer laptops offer displays with strong resolution and brightness, ensuring crisp text and bright images. However, for tasks like engineering and design where color accuracy is crucial, Razer stands out due to its wider color gamut coverage, making it more suitable for professionals who require precise color replication. On the other hand, if gaming or working with 3D applications is a top priority, neither of these laptops may meet your needs fully, as their screens don't have the high refresh rates preferred for the smoothest visual experience in fast-paced games or 3D rendering.

How the Lenovo Slim Pro 7 14 and the Razer Blade 15 compare to other laptops
"The Lenovo Slim Pro 7 is an attractive, portable laptop that’s ideal if you need a combination of CPU and GPU performance. It also nails the fundamentals with solid connectivity, an enjoyable keyboard, a large touchpad, and top-notch webcam. Display quality is a weakness, but it’s an acceptable compromise for the laptop’s extremely competitive $1,199 MSRP. The Slim Pro 7 is a versatile, affordable laptop and hard to beat for the price."
"The 2022 Blade 15 offers roughly 15 to 25 percent faster graphics performance and 20 percent faster CPU performance over last year's Core i7-11800H and RTX 3080 model. Thankfully, the system doesn't need to run noticeably louder or warmer to achieve faster results, but both power consumption and battery life take a hit. The higher consumption in particular appears to be a trend amongst many 12th gen Core laptops including the Schenker Uniwill Technology GM7AG8P or MSI Vector GP66 when compared to their previous generation counterparts. We're also glad to not see below-average CPU performance which was the case for the 10th gen Core i7-10875H model."
