When choosing between the Lenovo Slim 7 16 and the MSI Prestige 15, consider the following: the Lenovo offers better battery life, is suited for intensive gaming, and comes with a higher resolution touchscreen display. However, it is heavier and typically costs less. The MSI is lighter and also generally more expensive, but its battery life is shorter and it lacks a touchscreen. Both have similar storage capacity and RAM, but their CPUs and GPUs differ, with the Lenovo featuring an AMD processor and RTX 3050 graphics, while the MSI has an Intel CPU and GTX 1650 Max-Q graphics. The right choice depends on your need for portability, battery longevity, gaming capabilities, and budget. Give Feedback

PCMag

Eric Grevstad | March 2022
"At $1,011, the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 7 Pro is a real bargain among full-sized laptops, with a handsome 16-inch, 16:10 aspect ratio touch screen, a speedy CPU, a comfortable keyboard, ample memory, and a roomy solid-state drive. It's not a blazing gaming rig or mobile workstation, but it doesn't pretend to be. Its biggest negative is that it may be hard to find—during our review, it sold out and was marked "Temporarily Unavailable" on Lenovo's site."

NotebookCheck

Mario Petzold | December 2022
"The MSI Prestige 15 offers a dazzling 4K image quality, and solid performance. The MSI Prestige 15 appears to consistently implement the guiding principle of throttling the solid and efficient hardware to such an extent that content creation succeeds perfectly. Performance-hungry tasks, on the other hand, are slowed down a little by the reduced power consumption. Conversely, this means that the case remains relatively cool and the dual fan subdued. The battery life also benefits somewhat. So the losses aren't really dramatic because full performance is still available for short bursts."
