For a balance of performance and portability with a focus on gaming and engineering tasks, the Lenovo Legion Slim 7 16" is a strong choice, offering a dedicated Nvidia RTX 4060 GPU and a high-refresh-rate screen that's great for fast-motion content. However, it's pricier and heavier than the Samsung, with a shorter battery life, making it less ideal for frequent travelers.
On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy Book4 Edge 14" shines with its vibrant OLED touchscreen, excellent color accuracy, and longer battery life, making it perfect for general use and content consumption. It's also more compact and lightweight, enhancing its portability. While it's suitable for light gaming and everyday tasks, it may not match the Legion's performance in intensive applications due to its Qualcomm Snapdragon processor.
Consider the Legion for its superior gaming and engineering capabilities and if you're less concerned about portability and price. Opt for the Samsung for its outstanding screen, battery life, and portability, ideal for general use and frequent travelers who don't require top-tier performance for demanding tasks. Give Feedback

How the Lenovo Legion Slim 7 16" and the Samsung Galaxy Book4 Edge 14 compare to other laptops
"The Lenovo Legion Slim 7 is a slim Legion notebook that is just as excellent with Nvidia & Intel. However, the Legion Slim 7i slightly sullied by lacklustre battery life. You get a slim aluminium chassis, great input devices, decent port selection, fast high-quality WQXGA display and great performance. Supporting Thunderbolt 4 is one advantage of the Intel/Nvidia model tested in this review. Moreover, this variant has slightly higher CPU performance as well as better GPU performance in certain applications (e.g. CUDA-based apps). The Lenovo Legion S7i is thin, premium and performant – but less efficient than its AMD counterpart."
