If you prioritize longer battery life and a larger screen, the Lenovo Legion Slim 7 16" might be more suitable for you. In contrast, the Razer Blade 14 is more expensive yet offers superior portability and performance with a more powerful processor. Both laptops are evenly matched in terms of general use with ample storage and RAM, and both are geared towards gaming, though the Lenovo has a better graphics card while the Razer has a higher portability, due to its smaller size and lighter weight. Consider your primary needs, whether it's gaming performance, portability, or battery life, when making your decision. Give Feedback

The Lenovo Legion Slim 7 has a better screen than the Razer Blade 14 for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, and software development.
If you're focused on general use like web browsing and office work, both the Lenovo Legion Slim 7 and the Razer Blade 14 offer displays with vibrant colors, sharp resolution, and brightness that will make viewing comfortable in various lighting conditions. For engineering and design, where precise color reproduction is key, these laptops deliver with wide color coverage that will satisfy most professional creative work. However, for gaming or 3D rendering, where fluid motion is crucial, the lower refresh rate on these panels means they won't be as responsive or immersive as models specifically tailored for high-frame-rate gaming.

Although they have very similar scores, PerfectRec considers Lenovo Legion Slim 7 16" to be very good for gaming and AI, while the Razer Blade 14 is good.
The Lenovo Legion Slim 7 16" outshines in gaming and 3D tasks primarily due to its Nvidia RTX 4060 GPU, which is known for powerful graphics capabilities, and a high screen refresh rate of 240Hz that ensures smoother visuals. Although the Razer Blade 14 has a solid Nvidia RTX 3070 Ti GPU and an adequate refresh rate of 165Hz, its screen quality and the slightly higher CPU performance may not fully compensate for the lower GPU capabilities and refresh rate when compared to the Lenovo Legion Slim 7.

How the Lenovo Legion Slim 7 16" and the Razer Blade 14 compare to other laptops
"The Lenovo Legion Slim 7 is a slim Legion notebook that is just as excellent with Nvidia & Intel. However, the Legion Slim 7i slightly sullied by lacklustre battery life. You get a slim aluminium chassis, great input devices, decent port selection, fast high-quality WQXGA display and great performance. Supporting Thunderbolt 4 is one advantage of the Intel/Nvidia model tested in this review. Moreover, this variant has slightly higher CPU performance as well as better GPU performance in certain applications (e.g. CUDA-based apps). The Lenovo Legion S7i is thin, premium and performant – but less efficient than its AMD counterpart."
"After making a huge splash with the original 2021 model, it's expected that the 2022 refresh would be more of a minor update to an already impressive machine. It adds a higher resolution webcam (720p to 1080p), faster CPU (Ryzen 9 5900HX to Ryzen 9 6900HX), faster GPU (RTX 3070/3080 to 3070/3080 Ti), faster RAM (DDR4-3200 to DDR5-4800), faster M.2 SSD support (PCIe3 x4 to PCIe4 x4), newer WLAN module (Killer AX1690i to Qualcomm WCN685x), and a MUX switch for the new integrated Radeon 680M GPU. It's indubitably an upgrade especially in terms of single-thread processor performance."
