The Lenovo Legion Slim 7 is less expensive and offers good performance for general use, 3D rendering and machine learning, as well as engineering tasks; it is lightweight which makes it very portable. However, the MSI Stealth GS77, despite being more expensive and heavier, has a more powerful processor and GPU which makes it better suited for demanding tasks including intensive gaming, and it comes with a larger screen. Both have similar battery capacities and high refresh rate displays, but the MSI has a wider array of ports including Ethernet and Thunderbolt, whereas the Lenovo has a higher number of USB-C ports. Both laptops have a backlit keyboard and high-quality screens, but the Stealth GS77 has a slightly better build quality. Give Feedback

How the Lenovo Legion Slim 7 16" and the MSI Stealth GS77 compare to other laptops
"The Lenovo Legion Slim 7 is a slim Legion notebook that is just as excellent with Nvidia & Intel. However, the Legion Slim 7i slightly sullied by lacklustre battery life. You get a slim aluminium chassis, great input devices, decent port selection, fast high-quality WQXGA display and great performance. Supporting Thunderbolt 4 is one advantage of the Intel/Nvidia model tested in this review. Moreover, this variant has slightly higher CPU performance as well as better GPU performance in certain applications (e.g. CUDA-based apps). The Lenovo Legion S7i is thin, premium and performant – but less efficient than its AMD counterpart."
"The MSI Stealth GS77 is better than the GS76... mostly. The GS77 is a few steps forward and a few steps back from the GS76. Improvements are numerous including the stronger and more rigid skeleton, higher resolution webcam, larger clickpad, easier serviceability, relatively similar battery runtimes, newer display options, and higher performance at about the same TDP and TGP levels as before. CPU performance is better than expected even when compared to other laptops with Core i7 or Core i9 processors. The newer model feels more substantial than the outgoing one for higher quality impressions as well."
