The Lenovo Legion Slim 7 offers superior performance, better suited for gaming and demanding engineering applications, making it an excellent but costly option. The MSI Thin GF63, while more affordable, may have less power but is lightweight and easier to carry, good for general use and less intensive tasks. If budget is flexible and performance is critical, the Lenovo may justify its higher price. However, if you prioritize savings and portability for everyday use, the MSI might suffice. Consider how much the performance differences will impact your daily needs against the significant price difference. Give Feedback

The Lenovo Legion Slim 7 has a better screen than the MSI Thin GF63 for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, software development, and content creation.
The Lenovo Legion Slim 7's screen offers a high resolution and brightness, making it well-suited for general tasks where text and image clarity are essential, along with good color accuracy for engineering and design work. However, its lower refresh rate may not be ideal for gaming and 3D applications, which rely on fast, fluid motion. The MSI Thin GF63, while offering adequate resolution and brightness for everyday use and acceptable colors for professional design tasks, also falls short for gaming and 3D content due to a similarly modest refresh rate.

How the Lenovo Legion Slim 7 15.6" and the MSI Thin GF63 compare to other laptops
"The Lenovo Legion Slim 7 is a slim Legion notebook that is just as excellent with Nvidia & Intel. However, the Legion Slim 7i slightly sullied by lacklustre battery life. You get a slim aluminium chassis, great input devices, decent port selection, fast high-quality WQXGA display and great performance. Supporting Thunderbolt 4 is one advantage of the Intel/Nvidia model tested in this review. Moreover, this variant has slightly higher CPU performance as well as better GPU performance in certain applications (e.g. CUDA-based apps). The Lenovo Legion S7i is thin, premium and performant – but less efficient than its AMD counterpart."
"The MSI GF63 Thin 11SC can be an admirable value for gamers and power users on a minimal budget. For just $599 as reviewed in its base model, its Intel Core i5 H-class processor and Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 graphics perform much better than low-wattage CPUs and integrated graphics. That said, this is a light-class gaming laptop. Low scores in our demanding gaming benchmarks indicate using lower visual-quality settings will be required for playable performance."
