If portability and flexibility are high on your list, the MSI Summit E14 Flip Evo offers a lighter build with a touchscreen and a superior display resolution, which enhances productivity and content consumption. However, for tasks that demand robust graphics performance, such as intensive gaming or 3D rendering, the Lenovo Legion Slim 7 with its dedicated graphics card excels. The Legion comes at a slightly lower price but compromises on portability due to greater weight. Both have similar battery life, but expect the MSI to be more suitable for typical business usage, while the Lenovo is designed more with gaming and engineering in mind. Give Feedback

The Lenovo Legion Slim 7 has a better screen than the MSI Summit E14 Flip Evo for gaming and AI, while the MSI Summit E14 Flip Evo has a better screen for general use, and engineering and design.
The Lenovo Legion Slim 7, with its satisfactory resolution and brightness, offers a clear and vibrant display suitable for everyday tasks and detailed engineering work, but its lower refresh rate makes fast-paced visuals in gaming and 3D applications less smooth. The MSI Summit E14 Flip Evo, with a high-resolution, bright screen and wide color coverage, excels in presenting sharp, accurate colors for both general computing and demanding design tasks, enhancing visual precision and detail. However, like the Lenovo, the MSI's modest refresh rate means it isn't ideal for gaming or 3D content where fluid motion is key.

The Lenovo Legion Slim 7 15.6" and MSI Summit E14 Flip Evo are both good for engineering and design.
The Lenovo Legion Slim 7 stands out for engineering and design due to its potent AMD Ryzen CPU and Nvidia RTX GPU, ensuring high performance for software commonly used in these fields, along with a high-refresh-rate screen that benefits design work but is bulkier and less portable. On the other hand, the MSI Summit E14 Flip Evo, while also suitable for engineering and design with a capable Intel CPU and high-resolution touchscreen that can be advantageous in design applications, trades some graphical performance for a higher degree of portability and a 2-in-1 form factor that enhances flexibility in use.

How the Lenovo Legion Slim 7 15.6" and the MSI Summit E14 Flip Evo compare to other laptops
"The Lenovo Legion Slim 7 is a slim Legion notebook that is just as excellent with Nvidia & Intel. However, the Legion Slim 7i slightly sullied by lacklustre battery life. You get a slim aluminium chassis, great input devices, decent port selection, fast high-quality WQXGA display and great performance. Supporting Thunderbolt 4 is one advantage of the Intel/Nvidia model tested in this review. Moreover, this variant has slightly higher CPU performance as well as better GPU performance in certain applications (e.g. CUDA-based apps). The Lenovo Legion S7i is thin, premium and performant – but less efficient than its AMD counterpart."
"The MSI Summit E14 Flip convertible review: a legit alternative to HP, Dell or Lenovo. Instead of taking the 13-inch Summit E13 Flip and simply enlarging it for a 14-inch form factor, the Summit E14 Flip is the full chassis redesign we've been looking for. It loses some of the golden trims of its smaller sibling, but the gains in rigidity and build quality are arguably worth it especially from a professional standpoint where reliability takes priority. It doesn't quite feel as strong as the HP Spectre just yet, but it's certainly getting close."
