Choosing between the Lenovo Legion Slim 7 and the MSI Raider GE67Hx largely depends on your priorities. If you're looking for a more budget-friendly option with decent performance for general use and gaming, and value portability and longer battery life, the Lenovo may suit you well. However, the MSI offers superior performance for 3D rendering, machine learning, engineering tasks, and a higher quality display with better color accuracy and refresh rate, making it more suitable for intensive gaming and professional creative work. Keep in mind the MSI is heavier with a shorter battery life, which may affect its convenience for on-the-go use. Give Feedback

The MSI Raider GE67Hx is very good for gaming and AI, while the Lenovo Legion Slim 7 15.6" is good.
The MSI Raider GE67Hx edges out the Lenovo Legion Slim 7 by packing a more powerful Nvidia RTX 3070 Ti GPU and a higher screen refresh rate, enhancing gaming and 3D performance, but it's heavier and has a shorter battery life. While the Lenovo Legion Slim 7 offers good gaming capabilities with its Nvidia RTX 3060 and respectable refresh rate, it benefits from better portability and longer battery life, though its GPU and screen refresh rate aren't as impressive as the MSI's.

The MSI Raider GE67Hx is very good for engineering and design, while the Lenovo Legion Slim 7 15.6" is good.
The Lenovo Legion Slim 7 boasts a potent AMD Ryzen 7 5800H CPU and an Nvidia RTX 3060 GPU, with an IPS screen known for reliable color reproduction and wide viewing angles, making it suitable for engineering and design; however, the MSI Raider GE67Hx's advantage lies in a more powerful Intel i7-12800HX CPU and a superior Nvidia RTX 3070 Ti GPU, as well as a higher-resolution OLED display, offering exceptional screen quality for detailed design work. Although both laptops are equipped with similar RAM, the MSI's larger storage, better screen, and higher performance components justify its classification as very good for such tasks, at the cost of being heavier and less portable compared to the Lenovo.

The MSI Raider GE67Hx has a better screen than the Lenovo Legion Slim 7 for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, content creation, and software development.
For general use, the Lenovo Legion Slim has good screen quality due to its respectable resolution and brightness which make for clear and visible content, but the MSI Raider's excellent screen surpasses this with higher brightness and sharper resolution, making everything from text to images more vivid and detailed. Engineering and design work benefits from the MSI's wider color gamut, ensuring more accurate color representation which is crucial for such tasks, while the Lenovo's somewhat narrower gamut still provides decent color fidelity. However, both laptops fall short for Gaming and 3D because while they have the resolution and panel type to provide a decent picture, their lower refresh rates fail to deliver the smooth motion that fast-paced visuals require.

How the Lenovo Legion Slim 7 15.6" and the MSI Raider GE67Hx compare to other laptops
"The Lenovo Legion Slim 7 is a slim Legion notebook that is just as excellent with Nvidia & Intel. However, the Legion Slim 7i slightly sullied by lacklustre battery life. You get a slim aluminium chassis, great input devices, decent port selection, fast high-quality WQXGA display and great performance. Supporting Thunderbolt 4 is one advantage of the Intel/Nvidia model tested in this review. Moreover, this variant has slightly higher CPU performance as well as better GPU performance in certain applications (e.g. CUDA-based apps). The Lenovo Legion S7i is thin, premium and performant – but less efficient than its AMD counterpart."
"If you've wanted to dip your toes into PC gaming but can't let go of your console roots, the MSI Raider GE67 HX stakes out an attractive middle ground between the speed and versatility of PC gaming and the comfort and ease of a console. If you can overlook its noisy fans and chintzy touchpad, the Raider provides a powerhouse entertainment experience with an OLED screen that tops most household TVs. It's not cheap, but this gaming machine is more than the sum of its parts."
