When deciding between the Legion Slim 7 and the ThinkPad X13, consider that the Legion, usually designed for gaming, offers higher performance suitable for demanding tasks such as 3D modeling, machine learning, or gaming but may have shorter battery life and be heavier, impacting portability. On the other hand, the ThinkPad X13 is likely more compact, easier to carry, with longer battery life for general or business use, yet may not handle intensive tasks as well as the Legion. Your choice should reflect your primary use—high performance and gaming, or mobility and everyday productivity. Give Feedback

For general use, the Lenovo Legion Slim 7 and the ThinkPad X13 both offer panels with good resolution and brightness, providing clear and vivid displays that make daily tasks enjoyable. Engineers and designers will appreciate that both laptops have displays that cover a broad spectrum of colors, essential for accurate and detailed work. However, gamers and 3D designers may find the screens less appealing, as the refresh rate on these laptops isn't as high as gaming-specific models, which can limit the smoothness of fast-paced visuals.

How the Lenovo Legion Slim 7 15.6" and the Lenovo ThinkPad X13 compare to other laptops
"The Lenovo Legion Slim 7 is a slim Legion notebook that is just as excellent with Nvidia & Intel. However, the Legion Slim 7i slightly sullied by lacklustre battery life. You get a slim aluminium chassis, great input devices, decent port selection, fast high-quality WQXGA display and great performance. Supporting Thunderbolt 4 is one advantage of the Intel/Nvidia model tested in this review. Moreover, this variant has slightly higher CPU performance as well as better GPU performance in certain applications (e.g. CUDA-based apps). The Lenovo Legion S7i is thin, premium and performant – but less efficient than its AMD counterpart."
"The Lenovo ThinkPad X13 G4 has very good input devices, a wide array of security features and ports as well as 5G in the tested configuration. It is more compact and lightweight compared with its predecessor, and it has improved speakers and a slightly better webcam. On the other hand, the fan is more annoying and the performance is barely improved. The battery is worse as well, but this is primarily attributable to the OLED screen - if this aspect is important, buyers should choose the IPS Low Power LCD."
