The Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro offers a balance of performance and portability at a lower midrange price, making it suitable for general use and light engineering tasks with its capable Intel i5 processor and Iris Xe graphics. Its high-resolution IPS touchscreen with a 16:10 aspect ratio is great for everyday tasks, and the laptop's good battery life ensures you can work on the go without frequent charging. It's also well-equipped with connectivity options and has a backlit keyboard, contributing to its overall good build quality.
On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy Book4 Edge 14, while pricier, boasts an energy-efficient Snapdragon X Elite processor and Adreno 750 graphics, which provide impressive battery life, allowing for extended use away from an outlet. The OLED display offers vibrant colors and deep blacks, enhancing the visual experience for media consumption and creative work. Its slim and lightweight design, combined with a high refresh rate screen, makes it an excellent choice for those who prioritize portability and screen quality. Additionally, the inclusion of a 2-in-1 form factor adds versatility for users who want both a laptop and a tablet experience.
Consider the Lenovo if you need a more cost-effective solution with solid performance for everyday tasks and some engineering work. Opt for the Samsung if you're looking for exceptional battery life, a superior display, and a highly portable design, and you're willing to pay a premium for these features. Give Feedback

How the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro and the Samsung Galaxy Book4 Edge 14 compare to other laptops
"The main selling point of the IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro versus a regular IdeaPad Slim 7 is its faster Core H-series CPU. In reality, the Core i7-11370H is only marginally faster than the U-series Core i7-1165G7 to the point where most users are not likely to notice the benefits. The slight performance uptick comes at the cost of slightly higher power consumption as well meaning owners will have to deal with potentially warmer temperatures or louder fans to compensate. Unless if you happen to be a power user, then the regular non-Pro model will be more than enough. Once you go 90 Hz, you can't go back."
