The Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro is a more budget-friendly option with a smaller screen and higher resolution, making it more portable and suitable for general use. The Razer Blade 15, however, offers a larger screen, significantly better performance for 3D, machine learning, and gaming due to a more powerful processor and GPU, at a higher price. It's heavier and has a shorter battery life, so it's less portable but excellent for more intensive tasks. Give Feedback

The Razer Blade 15 is very good for gaming and AI, while the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro is only fair.
The Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro with an Intel Iris Xe graphics and a 90Hz screen refresh rate offers a fair gaming and 3D experience, while the Razer Blade 15's Nvidia RTX 3070 Ti GPU and considerably higher 240Hz screen refresh rate make it very suitable for gaming and 3D purposes. Additionally, although both have quality CPUs and screens, the superior components of the Razer significantly enhance the overall experience for these specific tasks.

The Razer Blade 15 is very good for engineering and design, while the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro is good.
The Razer Blade 15 is deemed very good for engineering and design due to its higher-end CPU and GPU, which are crucial for intensive tasks, and a screen that offers richer colors and higher refresh rates, enhancing visual detail and smoothness. While the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro offers a solid CPU and integrated graphics adequate for less demanding engineering and design work, with a high-resolution screen, its hardware is less powerful compared to the Razer, making it less optimal for very demanding applications.

The Razer Blade 15 has a better screen than the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro for gaming and AI, content creation, and software development.
If you're looking for a laptop for general use, both the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro and the Razer Blade 15 have excellent displays with high resolution and brightness, making them clear and vivid for everyday tasks like browsing and video streaming. For engineering and design work that demands color accuracy, both laptops offer wide color gamuts, ensuring your projects look precise and true-to-life. However, if gaming or working with 3D applications is your priority, the lack of high refresh rates on these laptops means you won't get the smoothest visual experience that avid gamers typically seek.

How the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro and the Razer Blade 15 compare to other laptops
"The main selling point of the IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro versus a regular IdeaPad Slim 7 is its faster Core H-series CPU. In reality, the Core i7-11370H is only marginally faster than the U-series Core i7-1165G7 to the point where most users are not likely to notice the benefits. The slight performance uptick comes at the cost of slightly higher power consumption as well meaning owners will have to deal with potentially warmer temperatures or louder fans to compensate. Unless if you happen to be a power user, then the regular non-Pro model will be more than enough. Once you go 90 Hz, you can't go back."
"The 2022 Blade 15 offers roughly 15 to 25 percent faster graphics performance and 20 percent faster CPU performance over last year's Core i7-11800H and RTX 3080 model. Thankfully, the system doesn't need to run noticeably louder or warmer to achieve faster results, but both power consumption and battery life take a hit. The higher consumption in particular appears to be a trend amongst many 12th gen Core laptops including the Schenker Uniwill Technology GM7AG8P or MSI Vector GP66 when compared to their previous generation counterparts. We're also glad to not see below-average CPU performance which was the case for the 10th gen Core i7-10875H model."
