The Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro is more suited for general use with its lighter weight, higher portability, and longer battery life. It's also less expensive, which makes it a good choice for everyday tasks and mobility. However, for more performance-intensive tasks like gaming, 3D rendering, or machine learning, the MSI Raider GE76 with its powerful Nvidia RTX 3080 Ti graphics, larger RAM, and high-refresh-rate screen, is much better equipped, although it comes at a higher price, and it's heavier and less portable with shorter battery life. If your work involves engineering software or high-end gaming, the MSI will better serve your needs despite being bulkier and more expensive. Give Feedback

The MSI Raider GE76 is very good for gaming and AI, while the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro is only fair.
The MSI Raider GE76 offers exceptional gaming and 3D performance largely due to its superior Nvidia RTX 3080 Ti graphics card and a high screen refresh rate of 240 Hz; these attributes are crucial for not only smoother visuals but also more detailed and responsive gameplay. In contrast, the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro, with its integrated Iris Xe graphics and a lower 90 Hz refresh rate, provides a fair experience for gaming and 3D applications, but is not on par with the high standards set by dedicated gaming machines like the MSI.

The MSI Raider GE76 is excellent for engineering and design, while the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro is good.
The MSI Raider GE76 outperforms the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro in engineering and design use due to its superior Intel i7 processor, double the RAM, and a high-end Nvidia RTX GPU, which is crucial for intensive tasks and graphical work. While the IdeaPad is lighter and more portable, the Raider's larger screen and higher RAM capacity make it better suited for demanding engineering applications despite being less portable and having a louder operating noise.

"The main selling point of the IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro versus a regular IdeaPad Slim 7 is its faster Core H-series CPU. In reality, the Core i7-11370H is only marginally faster than the U-series Core i7-1165G7 to the point where most users are not likely to notice the benefits. The slight performance uptick comes at the cost of slightly higher power consumption as well meaning owners will have to deal with potentially warmer temperatures or louder fans to compensate. Unless if you happen to be a power user, then the regular non-Pro model will be more than enough. Once you go 90 Hz, you can't go back."
"The MSI Raider GE76: with Alder Lake and RTX 3080 Ti to gaming heaven. Yes, MSI could improve some aspects (like the quality of the webcam), but the manufacturer offers a very convincing and balanced overall package. The biggest advantage is definitely the immense performance potential. The combination of Core i9-12900HK, GeForce RTX 3080 Ti, 32 GB DDR5 RAM and two NVMe SSDs offers a lot of performance for the next couple of years and plenty of power for 3D applications. Most titles would run smoothly on an external 4K screen no matter the quality preset. We came away impressed with the integrated 360 Hz panel's fast response times and good color accuracy."
