If you prioritize better graphics and gaming capability, the Lenovo Slim Pro 7 14 with its dedicated Nvidia graphics and AMD processor is considered more suitable. However, it is generally heavier and has a larger footprint which may impact portability. On the other hand, the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro, with an integrated Intel GPU and a comparatively lower price, offers sufficient performance for general use and is lighter, making it more portable but less capable for high-end gaming or graphics-intensive work. Both laptops offer high-resolution touchscreens, backlit keyboards, and are preloaded with Windows 11 Home. Give Feedback

The Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro has a better screen than the Lenovo Slim Pro 7 14 for general use, gaming and AI, and engineering and design, while the Lenovo Slim Pro 7 14 has a better screen for content creation, and software development.
For general use, the IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro's screen offers sharp visuals and clarity due to its high resolution and brightness, which makes viewing documents and browsing the web a pleasurable experience. Engineering and design tasks benefit from the wider color coverage in the IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro, rendering more accurate colors critical for precision work. However, for gaming and 3D applications where smooth motion is key, both the IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro and the Slim Pro 7 fall short, as their lower refresh rates can't deliver the fluid visuals preferred in fast-paced scenarios.

How the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro and the Lenovo Slim Pro 7 14 compare to other laptops
"The main selling point of the IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro versus a regular IdeaPad Slim 7 is its faster Core H-series CPU. In reality, the Core i7-11370H is only marginally faster than the U-series Core i7-1165G7 to the point where most users are not likely to notice the benefits. The slight performance uptick comes at the cost of slightly higher power consumption as well meaning owners will have to deal with potentially warmer temperatures or louder fans to compensate. Unless if you happen to be a power user, then the regular non-Pro model will be more than enough. Once you go 90 Hz, you can't go back."
"The Lenovo Slim Pro 7 is an attractive, portable laptop that’s ideal if you need a combination of CPU and GPU performance. It also nails the fundamentals with solid connectivity, an enjoyable keyboard, a large touchpad, and top-notch webcam. Display quality is a weakness, but it’s an acceptable compromise for the laptop’s extremely competitive $1,199 MSRP. The Slim Pro 7 is a versatile, affordable laptop and hard to beat for the price."
