If you prioritize a higher refresh rate and more powerful graphics for tasks like gaming or 3D modeling, the IdeaPad Pro 5i with its dedicated Nvidia graphics may suit you better. However, it's slightly heavier and thicker, potentially reducing its portability. On the other hand, the IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro, being lighter and slimmer with a touchscreen, might appeal to those who value portability and touch capability. It has integrated graphics, which are adequate for general use and some light creative tasks. Both laptops have similar processing power and memory, making them capable choices for everyday use, but they distinguish themselves in graphics performance and form factor. Give Feedback

The Lenovo IdeaPad Pro 5i offers a high-resolution and bright display which makes it suitable for everyday tasks and professional engineering and design work due to its accurate color reproduction, but it lacks a high refresh rate which is crucial for smooth visuals in gaming and 3D applications. On the other hand, the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro also provides a similar high-resolution and bright display with the added benefit of wider color gamuts, offering enhanced color accuracy for demanding engineering and design tasks. However, like the Pro 5i, the Slim 7i Pro is not optimized for gaming or 3D work because of its limited refresh rate, which can affect the fluidity of movement and responsiveness in these applications.

How the Lenovo IdeaPad Pro 5i and the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro compare to other laptops
"Lenovo’s IdeaPad Pro 5i represents an impressive opening salvo for Meteor Lake in the ultraportable space against familiar foes from AMD and Apple. Not only does the Core Ultra 5 125H processor provide good performance across the board, but battery life remains a strong point against the Acer Swift Edge 16 with its AMD Ryzen 7 7840U processor. It can’t quite match the endurance of the 15-inch MacBook Pro, but the gap is shrinking."
"The main selling point of the IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro versus a regular IdeaPad Slim 7 is its faster Core H-series CPU. In reality, the Core i7-11370H is only marginally faster than the U-series Core i7-1165G7 to the point where most users are not likely to notice the benefits. The slight performance uptick comes at the cost of slightly higher power consumption as well meaning owners will have to deal with potentially warmer temperatures or louder fans to compensate. Unless if you happen to be a power user, then the regular non-Pro model will be more than enough. Once you go 90 Hz, you can't go back."
