The Lenovo IdeaPad 3 17" is typically less expensive than the Samsung Galaxy Book3 360, which might be more costly but offers a higher RAM. If you prefer a larger screen and don't need a touchscreen, the Lenovo with its 17.3-inch IPS display could be suitable. The Samsung, however, features a smaller but more vibrant 15.6-inch OLED touchscreen display, which may appeal to those who prioritize display quality and touch capability. Keep in mind, Lenovo's battery is smaller compared to Samsung's, potentially offering less usage time between charges. The Samsung is also newer and more portable, which could be important if you frequently carry your laptop with you. Give Feedback

The Samsung Galaxy Book3 360 and Lenovo IdeaPad 3 17" are both good for general use, though the Samsung Galaxy Book3 360 is somewhat better.
The Lenovo IdeaPad 3 17" has a larger screen which provides good quality for everyday tasks and a comfortable keyboard that makes it suitable for general use, but its larger size reduces portability and it has merely adequate battery life. The Samsung Galaxy Book3 360 is good for engineering and design, while the Lenovo IdeaPad 3 17" is only fair.
The Lenovo IdeaPad 3 is considered fair for engineering and design use due to its adequate CPU and GPU, which may struggle with more demanding tasks, along with a lower quality screen compared to the Samsung Galaxy Book3 360. The Galaxy Book3 360 outperforms in terms of a superior CPU and GPU, double the RAM for multitasking, and a higher quality OLED touchscreen, making it good for engineering and design use despite being less portable due to a smaller screen and slighter build.

The Samsung Galaxy Book3 360 has a better screen than the Lenovo IdeaPad 3 17" for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, content creation, and software development.
The Lenovo IdeaPad 3 17" has a larger screen combined with decent resolution and brightness that suits everyday activities and detailed work in engineering and design, but its lower refresh rate detracts from the smooth visuals needed for gaming and 3D applications. The Samsung Galaxy Book3 360, with its high-resolution display, vivid colors, and good brightness, excels in providing clarity and accurate color representation crucial for general use and professional design tasks. However, like the IdeaPad, its screen falls short for gaming and 3D content due to a refresh rate that can't keep up with the rapid pace and need for fluid motion in those areas.

How the Lenovo IdeaPad 3 17" and the Samsung Galaxy Book3 360 compare to other laptops
"The Lenovo IdeaPad 3 17" defies expectations. Indeed, it is just a minor upgrade over last year. However, this doesn’t make the laptop any less terrific. It’s got a great performance, courtesy of the Ryzen 5x25U processors. In addition, you get a pretty good battery life. Perhaps, the 2-hour decrease in video playback, compared to last year is not great, but still, 10 hours of Web browsing and 7 hours of video playback is okay for 17-inch notebooks."
"The Samsung Galaxy Book 3 360 isn’t a laptop that the Korean manufacturer has shouted from the rooftops about, and it seems to have gotten little attention from anywhere. But, it is absolutely a laptop worth paying attention to. Compared to higher-priced devices, like the Dell XPS 13 (2022) and Asus Zenbook S 13 OLED (2023), it manages to offer a similar day-to-day experience despite the price difference. It’s really hard to justify the extra cash unless a boosted display is a requirement of yours."
