The Lenovo IdeaPad 3 17" is more affordable and offers decent performance for general use, with a larger screen and a lower weight, making it suitable for everyday tasks and media consumption. It also provides a longer battery life, which is advantageous if you need to work on the go. On the other hand, the Razer Blade 15, while more expensive, boasts a much higher performance suitable for 3D rendering, machine learning, gaming, and engineering tasks. It features a more powerful processor, better graphics card, and double the RAM and storage of the IdeaPad, along with a higher resolution screen that offers superior color accuracy and refresh rate for fast motion. However, this comes with a tradeoff in battery life and a higher weight when including the power brick. Give Feedback

The Razer Blade 15 has a better screen than the Lenovo IdeaPad 3 17" for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, content creation, and software development.
The Lenovo IdeaPad 3 17" offers a nice balance for productivity and design work with its ample screen real estate and respectable color accuracy, making it enjoyable for everyday tasks and suitable for engineering or design applications where vivid colors and sharp details are key. However, its limitations become apparent in gaming and 3D content, where the lack of a high refresh rate can make fast-paced images less smooth. The Razer Blade 15, on the other hand, shines across the board for both general and creative professional use due to its superior color range and high-resolution display, but gamers might also feel it falls short without a high refresh rate for the most fluid visual experience.

How the Lenovo IdeaPad 3 17" and the Razer Blade 15 compare to other laptops
"The Lenovo IdeaPad 3 17" defies expectations. Indeed, it is just a minor upgrade over last year. However, this doesn’t make the laptop any less terrific. It’s got a great performance, courtesy of the Ryzen 5x25U processors. In addition, you get a pretty good battery life. Perhaps, the 2-hour decrease in video playback, compared to last year is not great, but still, 10 hours of Web browsing and 7 hours of video playback is okay for 17-inch notebooks."
"The 2022 Blade 15 offers roughly 15 to 25 percent faster graphics performance and 20 percent faster CPU performance over last year's Core i7-11800H and RTX 3080 model. Thankfully, the system doesn't need to run noticeably louder or warmer to achieve faster results, but both power consumption and battery life take a hit. The higher consumption in particular appears to be a trend amongst many 12th gen Core laptops including the Schenker Uniwill Technology GM7AG8P or MSI Vector GP66 when compared to their previous generation counterparts. We're also glad to not see below-average CPU performance which was the case for the 10th gen Core i7-10875H model."
