The Lenovo IdeaPad 3 17" has a larger screen and a full keyboard with a number pad, making it suitable for comfortable typing and multitasking. However, its larger size makes it less portable than the Lenovo Yoga 6, which is more compact and lighter. The Yoga 6 also offers better performance with a higher-end processor and more RAM, longer battery life, and a touchscreen display which the IdeaPad 3 lacks. If portability, battery longevity, and higher computing power are priorities, the Yoga 6 is the better choice. Conversely, if you prefer a larger display and a full keyboard for a typically lower price, the IdeaPad 3 could be the right option. Give Feedback

How the Lenovo IdeaPad 3 17" and the Lenovo Yoga 6 compare to other laptops
"The Lenovo IdeaPad 3 17" defies expectations. Indeed, it is just a minor upgrade over last year. However, this doesn’t make the laptop any less terrific. It’s got a great performance, courtesy of the Ryzen 5x25U processors. In addition, you get a pretty good battery life. Perhaps, the 2-hour decrease in video playback, compared to last year is not great, but still, 10 hours of Web browsing and 7 hours of video playback is okay for 17-inch notebooks."
"The AMD R7-7730U in the Lenovo Yoga 6 13 provides a suitable answer to the limited cooling capabilities of a convertible - especially in tablet mode. It draws high computing power from a comparatively limited power supply so that less heat has to be dissipated at the same time."
