When deciding between the HP Spectre x360 14 and the Lenovo Legion Slim 7, consider how you'll use the laptop. The HP Spectre is a versatile, convertible laptop with a focus on mobility and battery life, ideal for general use and productivity on-the-go. The Lenovo Legion Slim, on the other hand, offers high performance suitable for gaming, 3D work, and engineering tasks but is larger and may not have as long battery life, making it less portable. If your priority is a balance between performance for demanding applications and somewhat portable design, the Lenovo is the better choice, whereas if you prefer a laptop for everyday tasks with greater portability and longer battery life, go with the HP Spectre. How the HP Spectre x360 14 and the Lenovo Legion Slim 7 16" compare to other laptops
"The numbers don’t lie — the HP Spectre x360 14 (2024) is a star, and a hell of a one at that. From performance to battery life, this machine is a dream. But why didn’t I give it a perfect score? Well, I wish the display performed better and that there were more ports to go around. If you’re itching for someone a little cheaper that offers a brighter display and significantly more battery life, I can only recommend the MacBook Pro 14 as a suitable substitute. Otherwise, the HP Spectre x360 14 (2024) is the perfect choice for those who want a reliable premium laptop."
"The Lenovo Legion Slim 7 is a slim Legion notebook that is just as excellent with Nvidia & Intel. However, the Legion Slim 7i slightly sullied by lacklustre battery life. You get a slim aluminium chassis, great input devices, decent port selection, fast high-quality WQXGA display and great performance. Supporting Thunderbolt 4 is one advantage of the Intel/Nvidia model tested in this review. Moreover, this variant has slightly higher CPU performance as well as better GPU performance in certain applications (e.g. CUDA-based apps). The Lenovo Legion S7i is thin, premium and performant – but less efficient than its AMD counterpart."
