The Gigabyte G5 is a more budget-friendly option with respectable performance, suitable if price is a significant consideration. It features an Intel i5 processor and an Nvidia RTX 4060 graphics card, which are good for general use and lighter gaming. However, the Razer Blade 15 offers superior performance with an Intel i7 processor and Nvidia RTX 3070 Ti graphics card, making it better suited for intensive tasks such as 3D modeling, machine learning, and high-end gaming. The Razer Blade 15 also has a higher resolution screen desirable for creative work but at the expense of increased cost and potential battery life impact. The Gigabyte G5's advantage lies in its cost-effectiveness, while the Razer Blade 15 excels in performance and build quality. Consider the Razer Blade 15 if you need top-tier performance and are willing to invest more, while the Gigabyte G5 should suffice for everyday usage and moderate gaming at a more accessible price point. The Razer Blade 15 and Gigabyte G5 are both good for general use, though the Razer Blade 15 is somewhat better.
The Razer Blade 15 outperforms the Gigabyte G5 in general use mainly because it has a more powerful CPU, double the RAM for multitasking, a higher resolution and quality display, and superior battery life. Meanwhile, the Gigabyte G5, while offering a fair experience for general use, falls short with a less powerful CPU, less RAM, a lower-resolution screen, and a shorter battery lifespan, though it might also come at a more affordable price point.

"The Gigabyte G5 KE is a midrange gaming laptop that checks most boxes. Gigabyte makes good use of the Core i5-12500H and RTX 3060 Laptop GPU combo, and we find no untoward issues with overall performance. The dual-fan quad-heatpipe cooling arrangement does well to ensure that the underlying hardware doesn't throttle under load. That being said, the display is below par when compared to 2023 standards, especially when competing devices."
"The 2022 Blade 15 offers roughly 15 to 25 percent faster graphics performance and 20 percent faster CPU performance over last year's Core i7-11800H and RTX 3080 model. Thankfully, the system doesn't need to run noticeably louder or warmer to achieve faster results, but both power consumption and battery life take a hit. The higher consumption in particular appears to be a trend amongst many 12th gen Core laptops including the Schenker Uniwill Technology GM7AG8P or MSI Vector GP66 when compared to their previous generation counterparts. We're also glad to not see below-average CPU performance which was the case for the 10th gen Core i7-10875H model."
