The Gigabyte Aorus 17H is a premium option with better performance for intensive tasks like 3D rendering, machine learning, and engineering. It has a large screen and high refresh rate suitable for gaming and demanding applications, but this also affects its portability due to size and weight. On the other hand, the MSI GF63 Thin is more affordable and portable, making it suitable for general use and on-the-go computing, but it doesn't perform as well with resource-intensive tasks and has a lower quality display. Consider the Aorus 17H for high-end computing needs and the GF63 Thin for budget-friendly, everyday use. Give Feedback

The Gigabyte Aorus 17H is very good for gaming and AI, while the MSI GF63 Thin is only fair.
The Gigabyte Aorus 17H offers superior gaming and 3D performance owing to its significantly more powerful Nvidia RTX 4080 GPU and a much higher screen refresh rate of 360, enhancing fluid motion and responsiveness in games, while the MSI GF63 Thin, equipped with a less powerful Nvidia GTX 1650 Max-Q and a standard refresh rate of 60, provides a fair experience suitable for less demanding gaming needs.

The Gigabyte Aorus 17H has a better screen than the MSI GF63 Thin for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, software development, and content creation.
The Gigabyte Aorus 17H offers a screen with higher resolution and brightness, making it suitable for everyday tasks and detailed engineering work due to better color accuracy and wider color range. However, its lower refresh rate renders it less ideal for gaming and 3D applications, where fluid motion representation is crucial. On the other hand, the MSI GF63 Thin provides a balanced fair quality for both general use and engineering tasks with adequate resolution and color reproduction but also falls short for gaming and 3D due to a poor refresh rate.

"Overall though, it’s *lots of swearing* fast, seriously. For work, rendering, gaming, it doesn’t matter, this is a true weapon of performance that’s going to run rings around most high-end desktop systems. If you absolutely have to game at ultra-high refresh rates on the go (but within thinking distance of a plug socket), this is the ticket. I can’t see such an extreme being that appealing to everyone, but if you take your gaming seriously, or even professionally, there’s nothing else out there that comes close that you can still fit in your backpack and travel with."
"If you leave aside the meagre port selection (no card reader, no DisplayPort, no Thunderbolt 3 or USB 3.1 Gen2), the fan control that could be improved (idle mode!) and the relatively dark and slow display, the MSI GF63 Thin 9SC does not have any major weaknesses. The 15-inch gamer is compact, has a low weight and offers a good price-to-performance ratio, which should please gamers that are looking for both a portable and an affordable gaming notebook. Input devices, battery life, case quality and performance are all appropriate for this purchase price."
