The Gigabyte Aorus 17H is a more expensive, high-performance laptop with a powerful Nvidia RTX 4080 graphics card, better suited for intensive 3D, machine learning tasks, and engineering software. However, it is also heavier and has a shorter battery life, making it less portable than the LG Gram 16. On the other hand, the LG Gram 16 is significantly lighter, offers much longer battery life, and is less expensive, while still providing decent performance for general use with its Iris Xe graphics. The LG Gram's portability makes it ideal for users who need to work on the go, but it won't match the Aorus 17H's performance for demanding applications. Give Feedback

The Gigabyte Aorus 17H has a better screen than the LG Gram 16 for general use, gaming and AI, and content creation, while the LG Gram 16 has a better screen for content creation.
When considering general use, the Gigabyte Aorus 17H and LG Gram 16 both offer pleasing screen experiences due to their sufficient resolution and brightness, ensuring clear and vibrant displays during activities like web browsing and video streaming. For engineering and design work, the importance of color accuracy means that these laptops, with their good coverage of color gamuts like DCI-P3 and Adobe RGB, provide the precision needed for tasks such as photo editing and graphic design. However, for gaming and 3D applications, the lower refresh rates of these laptops' screens may lead to less smooth visuals, which could be a drawback for action-packed games or real-time 3D simulations where higher refresh rates are beneficial for an immersive experience.

How the Gigabyte Aorus 17H and the LG Gram 16 compare to other laptops
"Overall though, it’s *lots of swearing* fast, seriously. For work, rendering, gaming, it doesn’t matter, this is a true weapon of performance that’s going to run rings around most high-end desktop systems. If you absolutely have to game at ultra-high refresh rates on the go (but within thinking distance of a plug socket), this is the ticket. I can’t see such an extreme being that appealing to everyone, but if you take your gaming seriously, or even professionally, there’s nothing else out there that comes close that you can still fit in your backpack and travel with."
"The LG Gram 16 is a lightweight device with stability issues. The LG Gram 16Z90Q with a Core i7-1260P is made with portability in mind and places less of a focus on users with high demands on performance. The compact and light chassis is particularly practical when you are on the go. The device is not only comfortably small and lightweight, it also boasts a great battery life. When connected to mains, on the other hand, the 16-inch device is rather disappointing. The standard cooling mode causes extreme volatility in terms of CPU, SSD and iGPU performance. The meager stability of the chassis may also put off some potential buyers."
