The Gigabyte Aorus 17H is often somewhat more expensive than the Lenovo Slim Pro 9i, but offers a more potent graphics card suitable for intensive gaming and engineering tasks. Although it has a larger screen and higher refresh rate, it is heavier and less portable. The Lenovo Slim Pro 9i, on the other hand, has a higher-resolution screen with better color accuracy, making it ideal for creative professionals. It's also more portable and offers a superior general use experience due to its better battery life, higher portability score, and additional memory, but may not handle demanding 3D tasks as well as the Aorus 17H. The Lenovo Slim Pro 9i is very good for general use, while the Gigabyte Aorus 17H is good.
The Lenovo Slim Pro 9i offers a more vivid and higher resolution Mini LED display, double the RAM, a lighter frame, and a more portable form factor compared to the Gigabyte Aorus 17H, making it better suited for general use where screen quality and portability are prioritized, despite both having similar battery life. However, the Aorus 17H, with a larger screen and more powerful graphics, may appeal more to users interested in gaming or intensive tasks where screen size and GPU performance are critical factors.

The Lenovo Slim Pro 9i has a better screen than the Gigabyte Aorus 17H for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, content creation, and software development.
If you prioritize a vibrant and sharp display for everyday tasks and professional design work, the Lenovo Slim Pro 9i, with its superior resolution and brightness, along with wide color coverage, offers an excellent visual experience. The Gigabyte Aorus 17H also provides a decent display for general and design purposes but may not match the Lenovo's color fidelity and clarity. However, for gaming and 3D applications where the smoothness of motion is crucial, both laptops fall short due to lower refresh rates, which could detract from the visual fluidity in fast-paced scenarios.

How the Gigabyte Aorus 17H and the Lenovo Slim Pro 9i compare to other laptops
"Overall though, it’s *lots of swearing* fast, seriously. For work, rendering, gaming, it doesn’t matter, this is a true weapon of performance that’s going to run rings around most high-end desktop systems. If you absolutely have to game at ultra-high refresh rates on the go (but within thinking distance of a plug socket), this is the ticket. I can’t see such an extreme being that appealing to everyone, but if you take your gaming seriously, or even professionally, there’s nothing else out there that comes close that you can still fit in your backpack and travel with."
"The Lenovo Slim Pro 9i is an impressive laptop with a brilliant Mini-LED display, a powerful 100-watt version of Nvidia RTX 4050 graphics, and excellent connectivity. Having run the Cinebench benchmark again, we were impressed with the CPU performance. That makes the Slim Pro 9i is an easy recommendation, especially for those who care about GPU and CPU performance. It’s also a fantastic choice if you frequently view HDR movies and games on your laptop."
