The Gigabyte A5 is more expensive but offers better performance and is suited for intensive tasks like gaming or engineering, thanks to its AMD Ryzen 5 processor and RTX 3060 graphics. It's less portable due to its weight. In contrast, the Lenovo IdeaPad 3 is more affordable, but its performance with an Intel i3 processor and integrated graphics is suited for general use, and it's lighter making it easier to carry. The Gigabyte will give you better visuals and faster refresh rates on its display, whereas the Lenovo might have longer battery life. Consider the Gigabyte for demanding applications and the Lenovo for everyday tasks and easy mobility. Give Feedback

The Gigabyte A5 has a better screen than the Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15" for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, software development, and content creation.
The Gigabyte A5's screen offers satisfactory resolution, panel type, and brightness for everyday tasks and detailed work required in engineering and design, supported by its decent color gamut coverage. However, its lower refresh rate can hinder the smooth visuals demanded by gamers and professionals working with 3D applications.
The Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15" falls short for all use cases due to its inferior panel quality, low resolution, and lackluster brightness, failing to meet the high standards required for color accuracy in engineering and design, and the high refresh rates necessary for gaming and 3D rendering.

"Ignoring price, the Gigabyte A5 has a hard time against the similarly fast competition. Besides the loud noise in 3D mode (performance mode), the high temperature development of the components should be mentioned on the downside. Despite the relatively thick case, the laptop gets very warm and loud under load, which does not exactly speak for the cooling system. The plastic surfaces look rather cheap and also tend to rattle. In most other disciplines - be it the input devices, the screen, the connectivity or the battery runtime - the Gigabyte laptop does not stand out from the crowd, neither positively nor negatively. However, those who primarily pay attention to the price-performance ratio will get a pretty good offer with the Gigabyte A5."
"The Lenovo IdeaPad 3 is an enduring office notebook with a powerful Ryzen APU. Lenovo's office all-rounder easily handles office and internet applications as well as modest games - the Ryzen 5 5625U APU and 16 GB of RAM make this possible. The CPU and GPU can work at consistently high clock rates. The emission values are okay, but the noise emissions should be lower under medium to full load. The relatively light notebook (approx. 1.6 kg) achieves practical battery runtimes of about 10 to 11 hours."
