The Gateway 15.6" is often somewhat less expensive than the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro and includes a number pad, which may be convenient for numerical data entry. However, the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro offers a higher resolution touchscreen, a brighter display with better color coverage, and is more portable due to its smaller size and lighter weight. Both laptops have similar storage, RAM, and main processors, making them suitable for general use. If you prioritize display quality and portability, the Lenovo might suit you better, but if price and a numeric keypad matter more, consider the Gateway. Give Feedback

How the Gateway 15.6" and the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro compare to other laptops
"Some concessions have to be made when shopping for a budget laptop. Walmart's Gateway Ultra Slim laptops succeeds on the affordability front and delivers serviceable specs and good battery life, though it's hard to claim it's the best (or even particularly good) at any particular aspect. Its build quality, especially the touchpad, is mediocre, and its performance is decent but doesn't lead the way. The Gateway does undercut the cost of some competitors and offers ample storage with good connectivity, so it's not to be ignored."
"The main selling point of the IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro versus a regular IdeaPad Slim 7 is its faster Core H-series CPU. In reality, the Core i7-11370H is only marginally faster than the U-series Core i7-1165G7 to the point where most users are not likely to notice the benefits. The slight performance uptick comes at the cost of slightly higher power consumption as well meaning owners will have to deal with potentially warmer temperatures or louder fans to compensate. Unless if you happen to be a power user, then the regular non-Pro model will be more than enough. Once you go 90 Hz, you can't go back."
