The Eluktronics Mech-15 G3R offers a higher resolution display which is great for visual clarity, but has a lower battery life compared to the MSI Stealth GS66. If you value a lighter device with longer battery life and improved portability, the MSI might be better for you, despite having a lower resolution screen. Both laptops have powerful processors and graphics, making them suitable for gaming, 3D rendering, and engineering tasks. Consider if the benefits of a higher screen resolution and improved color accuracy found in the Eluktronics outweigh the MSI's benefits of battery life and portability for your specific needs. How the Eluktronics Mech-15 G3R and the MSI Stealth GS66 compare to other laptops
"Everything considered, the XMG Neo 15 (Mech-15 G3R) with RTX 3070 Ti is a great gaming performer. The combination of the Ti graphics card with the new Intel 12th gen CPU is enough to go toe-to-toe, and even slightly pull ahead of the RTX 3080 in most titles, though on games with Ray-Tracing enabled, particularly with graphics set to the maximum and on higher resolutions, the additional VRAM of the RTX 3080 makes a big impact, and the 8GB RTX 3070 Ti machine simply can’t compete, even with the more powerful processor."
"The MSI Stealth GS66 is powerful enough for QHD. The Core i7-12700H and the GeForce RTX 3070 Ti found in the 12UGS model that we tested run all modern games smoothly in the native QHD resolution. The 15-inch display is very fast with its 240 Hz refresh rate, and it also offers a great color space (almost 100% DCI-P3) on top of that, which should please gamers as well as content creators, although we would have still wished for a higher brightness. Case, input devices, and connectivity (Thunderbolt 4) are at a good level. However, among other things, the GS66 loses points due to the high temperature development in 3D mode and its poor webcam."
