When choosing between the Dell XPS 13 Plus and the HP Spectre x360 14, consider that the Dell usually offers high performance suited for demanding tasks but at a higher cost, while the HP provides versatility with its convertible design and may offer more value for money. The HP's versatility can be particularly attractive if you need tablet functionality or prefer to take handwritten notes. However, if you prioritize raw computing power and build quality, and you're less concerned about budget, the Dell might be the better option. Always consider the balance between performance, features like touch screen and 2-in-1 capability, and your budget. Give Feedback

How the Dell XPS 13 Plus and the HP Spectre x360 14 compare to other laptops
"The XPS 13 Plus is powerful, but has its drawbacks. Dell did not only update the processor generation, but also decided to offer two completely different models from now on. The XPS 13 Plus gets the faster Intel Alder Lake-P chips, and the Core i7-1260P in our review unit offers good performance figures. However, the device once again shows the problems of the current Intel CPUs, because the high performance requires a lot of power. This affects the battery runtime as well as temperatures, so the new model (even with the Optimized power profile) is louder than the older model."
"The numbers don’t lie — the HP Spectre x360 14 (2024) is a star, and a hell of a one at that. From performance to battery life, this machine is a dream. But why didn’t I give it a perfect score? Well, I wish the display performed better and that there were more ports to go around. If you’re itching for someone a little cheaper that offers a brighter display and significantly more battery life, I can only recommend the MacBook Pro 14 as a suitable substitute. Otherwise, the HP Spectre x360 14 (2024) is the perfect choice for those who want a reliable premium laptop."
