The Dell XPS 13 Plus offers better portability, a higher-resolution OLED touchscreen, and longer battery life, suited for general use and mobility with good color accuracy for the screen, making it ideal for media consumption and productivity tasks. However, if you prioritize gaming or intensive tasks like 3D rendering and machine learning, the Eluktronics Mech-15 G3R with its powerful Nvidia GPU and higher refresh rate display will deliver stronger performance, albeit with increased weight and reduced battery life. The Mech-15 G3R has a larger screen and higher RAM capacity, fitting for engineering software and multitasking, but it's less portable and more expensive. Consider your primary use case and mobility needs when choosing between them. Give Feedback

How the Dell XPS 13 Plus and the Eluktronics Mech-15 G3R compare to other laptops
"The XPS 13 Plus is powerful, but has its drawbacks. Dell did not only update the processor generation, but also decided to offer two completely different models from now on. The XPS 13 Plus gets the faster Intel Alder Lake-P chips, and the Core i7-1260P in our review unit offers good performance figures. However, the device once again shows the problems of the current Intel CPUs, because the high performance requires a lot of power. This affects the battery runtime as well as temperatures, so the new model (even with the Optimized power profile) is louder than the older model."
"Everything considered, the XMG Neo 15 (Mech-15 G3R) with RTX 3070 Ti is a great gaming performer. The combination of the Ti graphics card with the new Intel 12th gen CPU is enough to go toe-to-toe, and even slightly pull ahead of the RTX 3080 in most titles, though on games with Ray-Tracing enabled, particularly with graphics set to the maximum and on higher resolutions, the additional VRAM of the RTX 3080 makes a big impact, and the 8GB RTX 3070 Ti machine simply can’t compete, even with the more powerful processor."
