If you prioritize high-end gaming, 3D rendering, or machine learning, the Razer Blade 15, with its dedicated Nvidia graphics and high-refresh-rate display, excels in these areas but comes at a higher price and has shorter battery life. However, for general use or if you prefer longer battery life and a larger screen at a significantly lower price, the Dell Inspiron 16 5635 would be preferable, featuring an AMD processor with integrated graphics that suit everyday tasks and some light content creation. The Razer Blade 15 is more suitable for intensive gaming due to hardware ray tracing and DLSS support, but the Dell Inspiron offers a more portable and budget-friendly option with silent operation. The Razer Blade 15 is very good for gaming and AI, while the Dell Inspiron 16 5635 is only fair.
The Razer Blade 15 delivers superior gaming and 3D experiences with its more powerful Nvidia RTX 3070 Ti GPU and a high screen refresh rate of 240Hz, which are crucial for smooth visuals and fast-paced gameplay. In contrast, the Dell Inspiron 16 5635, with its integrated AMD Vega 8 graphics and standard 60Hz refresh rate, offers a fair experience, sufficient for less demanding games and 3D tasks but not optimized for high-end gaming performance.

The Razer Blade 15 is very good for engineering and design, while the Dell Inspiron 16 5635 is good.
The Razer Blade 15 offers a more powerful Intel CPU and an Nvidia GPU which provide superior performance for engineering and design tasks compared to the Dell Inspiron 16 5635's AMD setup, although both have the same amount of RAM and storage. Additionally, the Razer Blade 15 has a higher screen quality with a greater colorspace coverage, which is especially beneficial for design work, but it is also less portable and noisier under load than the quietly operating Dell.

The Razer Blade 15 has a better screen than the Dell Inspiron 16 5635 for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, and software development.
If you prioritize a clear, vivid display for everyday tasks and precision work like engineering or design, the Razer Blade 15 stands out with its superior resolution and brightness, as well as offering a wide range of colors, which ensures that designs look accurate and vibrant. However, for gaming and 3D applications where the smoothness of motion is crucial, the Razer Blade 15 may fall short due to its lower refresh rate, despite its adequate resolution and panel type. On the other hand, while the Dell Inspiron 16 5635 provides a decent visual experience for daily activities and can suffice for some engineering tasks, its display quality might disappoint gamers and professionals who need high color accuracy and fluid motion graphics.

How the Dell Inspiron 16 5635 and the Razer Blade 15 compare to other laptops
"Compared to the previous year’s Inspiron, Dell upgraded the screen aspect ratio on this generation, but also transitioned to a more minimalistic centered keyboard flanked by up-firing speakers. The 16-inch screen is huge plus and I really appreciate the extra real estate without sacrificing the footprint much. This year’s model is a little larger than last, though, as the former model was already very small for a 15 incher."
"The 2022 Blade 15 offers roughly 15 to 25 percent faster graphics performance and 20 percent faster CPU performance over last year's Core i7-11800H and RTX 3080 model. Thankfully, the system doesn't need to run noticeably louder or warmer to achieve faster results, but both power consumption and battery life take a hit. The higher consumption in particular appears to be a trend amongst many 12th gen Core laptops including the Schenker Uniwill Technology GM7AG8P or MSI Vector GP66 when compared to their previous generation counterparts. We're also glad to not see below-average CPU performance which was the case for the 10th gen Core i7-10875H model."
