The Dell Inspiron 16 5625 is often less expensive with more storage, a higher battery capacity, and a more powerful AMD processor that is well-suited for general use and some engineering applications. However, the LG Gram 16, while pricier with less storage, is significantly lighter, has a better screen resolution, and longer battery life, making it ideal for those who value portability and screen quality for media consumption and productivity tasks. Neither is optimal for intensive gaming or heavy 3D/machine learning tasks, but both can handle general use and moderate workloads efficiently. Consider what's more important: lower cost and higher storage, or portability and screen quality. Give Feedback

The LG Gram 16 has a better screen than the Dell Inspiron 16 5625 for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, and content creation.
The Dell Inspiron's screen is considered fair for general use and engineering because it has adequate resolution and brightness, but it lacks the wider color gamut needed for color-critical engineering and design tasks. The LG Gram 16 provides good screen quality for these areas with its superior brightness and resolution, along with better color coverage, making it suitable for tasks requiring color accuracy. However, both laptops fall short for Gaming and 3D because they lack the high refresh rates needed for smooth visuals in fast-paced games and 3D rendering.

How the Dell Inspiron 16 5625 and the LG Gram 16 compare to other laptops
"I think there is fair value in the Inspiron 16 this year. Very little has changed with the laptop and my opinion hasn’t really changed either. In other words, I like it. Overall, I think the pros far outweigh the cons of this laptop and the price is certainly justifiable. I found this to be a great typer and I could potentially work all day on this machine, provided I don’t need a graphics card."
"The LG Gram 16 is a lightweight device with stability issues. The LG Gram 16Z90Q with a Core i7-1260P is made with portability in mind and places less of a focus on users with high demands on performance. The compact and light chassis is particularly practical when you are on the go. The device is not only comfortably small and lightweight, it also boasts a great battery life. When connected to mains, on the other hand, the 16-inch device is rather disappointing. The standard cooling mode causes extreme volatility in terms of CPU, SSD and iGPU performance. The meager stability of the chassis may also put off some potential buyers."
