The Dell Inspiron 14 7435 is generally less expensive than the XPG Xenia 14 and offers a large storage space but is less portable due to its greater weight. The Inspiron has an AMD processor with integrated graphics, which is suitable for general use and less demanding engineering tasks. However, for better portability and a brighter screen, the Xenia 14 is a lighter choice with a more vivid display and higher contrast, though it offers less storage space. Both laptops have a good build quality and are not geared toward intensive gaming. The choice between the two depends on whether price and storage or portability and screen quality is your priority. The Dell Inpsiron 14 7435 has a better screen than the XPG Xenia 14 for content creation, while the XPG Xenia 14 has a better screen for general use, gaming and AI, and engineering and design.
The Dell Inspiron 14 7435 offers enough clarity and brightness for daily tasks and some design work, but its subpar color range and modest refresh rate hold it back for detailed engineering visuals and smooth gaming experiences. The XPG Xenia 14's superior panel ensures vibrant, accurate colors that appeal to engineers and designers, while its higher resolution sharpens everyday content, but like the Dell, it falls short for gaming due to an inadequate refresh rate. Both laptops have screens that suit general needs and some professional applications, yet neither is ideal for the high-refresh demands of 3D gaming.

The Dell Inpsiron 14 7435 and XPG Xenia 14 are both only fair for gaming and AI.
The Dell Inspiron 14 7435 and XPG Xenia 14 are both judged fair for gaming and 3D due to their integrated GPUs, the AMD Ryzen Vega 8 and Intel Iris Xe respectively, which are capable but not as powerful as dedicated gaming GPUs. Additionally, their screen refresh rates are capped at the standard 60Hz, which is suitable for casual gaming but lacks the smoothness preferred by serious gamers.

How the Dell Inpsiron 14 7435 and the XPG Xenia 14 compare to other laptops
"We see no shame in an economy laptop missing the four-star mark. Frankly, we considered giving the Inspiron 14 2-in-1 three-and-a-half stars for its low price, competitive performance, and long battery life. Unfortunately, working with a screen that can't deliver at least 300 nits of brightness is simply no fun to the point of detrimental. Still, if you're looking for a convertible laptop on a tight budget, it's worth keeping an eye on Dell's sales and discounts. That Lavender Blue model is fairly tempting."
"The Xenia 14 is a top 14-inch laptop under 1 kg. ADATA isn't exactly known for its laptops and so we weren't expecting much from its first 14-inch Ultrabook. With that said, we're pleasantly surprised by how well the Xenia 14 looks and performs. Not only is it incredibly light, but it has a color accurate 16:10 display, high CPU and GPU performance, easy RAM and SSD serviceability, plenty of port options including Thunderbolt 4, and long battery life. It packs a lot of punch and features considering the size and weight to be better than even the LG Gram series."
