If you prioritize portability and value, the Dell Inspiron 14 7435 is lighter and generally more affordable, making it a good fit for general use with decent performance and battery life. However, for demanding engineering tasks, 3D rendering, or gaming, the MSI Vector GP76 offers superior performance with a more powerful CPU and GPU at a higher cost and with reduced battery life and portability due to its larger size and weight. The MSI also has a higher refresh rate display beneficial for fast-paced games, albeit with lower resolution compared to the Dell's touch-enabled screen which could be advantageous for creative tasks. PCMag

Eric Grevstad | August 2023
"We see no shame in an economy laptop missing the four-star mark. Frankly, we considered giving the Inspiron 14 2-in-1 three-and-a-half stars for its low price, competitive performance, and long battery life. Unfortunately, working with a screen that can't deliver at least 300 nits of brightness is simply no fun to the point of detrimental. Still, if you're looking for a convertible laptop on a tight budget, it's worth keeping an eye on Dell's sales and discounts. That Lavender Blue model is fairly tempting."

Marvin Gollor | May 2022
"The MSI Vector GP76 12UGS is a gaming laptop on speed. The advantages are clear: The Vector GP76 is a real gamer with its 360 Hz display and super-fast response times. In addition, the Core i7-12700H has double the power of the CPU in its predecessor and another highlight is the Nvidia RTX 3070 Ti with a real power consumption of 150 watts. This places the device in the top range of our database. The Vector can also operate rather quietly, offers a full sound range, improved battery runtimes, a key-configurable RGB keyboard, a very stable chassis and good upgrade options. Moreover, the display produces a nice, rich and clear picture."
