The Dell Inspiron 14 7435 is usually less expensive than the MSI Prestige 15, offers more storage, and has a touchscreen with a higher resolution. It uses an AMD processor and graphics, which may handle general tasks well but may not be as strong for intensive 3D or engineering applications as the MSI Prestige 15's Intel CPU and dedicated Nvidia graphics. With a smaller screen and lower battery capacity, the Dell is more portable, but the MSI has a larger screen and longer battery life, better suited for tasks like video editing or gaming where screen size and battery are crucial. How the Dell Inpsiron 14 7435 and the MSI Prestige 15 compare to other laptops
"We see no shame in an economy laptop missing the four-star mark. Frankly, we considered giving the Inspiron 14 2-in-1 three-and-a-half stars for its low price, competitive performance, and long battery life. Unfortunately, working with a screen that can't deliver at least 300 nits of brightness is simply no fun to the point of detrimental. Still, if you're looking for a convertible laptop on a tight budget, it's worth keeping an eye on Dell's sales and discounts. That Lavender Blue model is fairly tempting."
"The MSI Prestige 15 offers a dazzling 4K image quality, and solid performance. The MSI Prestige 15 appears to consistently implement the guiding principle of throttling the solid and efficient hardware to such an extent that content creation succeeds perfectly. Performance-hungry tasks, on the other hand, are slowed down a little by the reduced power consumption. Conversely, this means that the case remains relatively cool and the dual fan subdued. The battery life also benefits somewhat. So the losses aren't really dramatic because full performance is still available for short bursts."
