The Dell Inpsiron 14 7435 has a better screen than the MSI Cyborg 15 for software development, while the MSI Cyborg 15 has a better screen for general use, gaming and AI, and engineering and design.
The Dell Inspiron 14 7435 and MSI Cyborg 15, with fair screen quality for general use, suggest that their screens have decent resolution and brightness, but the quality might not stand out among competitors. For engineering and design, their fair designation indicates that while they are serviceable, they may not cover wider color gamuts like DCI-P3 or Adobe RGB as fully as professional-level screens, which can be important for precise color work. As for gaming and 3D applications, the 'poor' label for both models implies they have lower refresh rates and might lack the desirable panel types or high resolutions needed for the most immersive experiences.

How the Dell Inpsiron 14 7435 and the MSI Cyborg 15 compare to other laptops
"We see no shame in an economy laptop missing the four-star mark. Frankly, we considered giving the Inspiron 14 2-in-1 three-and-a-half stars for its low price, competitive performance, and long battery life. Unfortunately, working with a screen that can't deliver at least 300 nits of brightness is simply no fun to the point of detrimental. Still, if you're looking for a convertible laptop on a tight budget, it's worth keeping an eye on Dell's sales and discounts. That Lavender Blue model is fairly tempting."
"The focus of the MSI Cyborg 15 lies on a compromise of performance, mobility, and power consumption. Due to the reduced performance settings, the CPU and GPU perform below their capabilities. Nonetheless, their computing power is still sufficient for FHD gaming at high to maximum settings even then. The power consumption, which is low for a gaming laptop, can be translated into a good battery life. Realistic values of 7 to 8 h are still possible, despite the relatively small battery capacity of 53.5 Wh. Unfortunately the USB-C port doesn't offer any support for Power Delivery, which would be a sensible feature in the case of the Cyborg."
