For general use, the Dell Inspiron 14 7435 with its lower price, lightweight design, and longer battery life, is a practical choice; it also includes a touchscreen. However, for more demanding tasks like 3D rendering, machine learning, or intensive gaming, the Gigabyte Aorus 15X, although more costly and heavier, offers significantly higher performance thanks to its powerful Intel processor and Nvidia graphics. It also has better screen resolution and a higher refresh rate suitable for fast-paced visual content but compromised with shorter battery life and less portability. Consider your primary use and whether the high performance or the improved portability and cost savings are more important for you. Give Feedback

The Gigabyte Aorus 15X has a better screen than the Dell Inpsiron 14 7435 for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, content creation, and software development.
The Dell Inspiron 14 7435's screen offers adequate resolution and brightness for everyday tasks, but for engineering and design, its limited color range may not display colors as accurately as needed. The Gigabyte Aorus 15X, with higher brightness and resolution, gives a sharper and more vibrant display, which benefits both general users and professionals in engineering and design by providing a wider color spectrum and better detail. However, both laptops have screens with refresh rates that fall short for 3D applications and gaming, where smoother motion and quick screen updates are crucial for the best experience.

How the Dell Inpsiron 14 7435 and the Gigabyte Aorus 15X compare to other laptops
"We see no shame in an economy laptop missing the four-star mark. Frankly, we considered giving the Inspiron 14 2-in-1 three-and-a-half stars for its low price, competitive performance, and long battery life. Unfortunately, working with a screen that can't deliver at least 300 nits of brightness is simply no fun to the point of detrimental. Still, if you're looking for a convertible laptop on a tight budget, it's worth keeping an eye on Dell's sales and discounts. That Lavender Blue model is fairly tempting."
"The Gigabyte Aorus 15X is a strong showing of Raptor Lake and RTX 4000 series. While the Aorus had trouble keeping up in older games like Grand Theft Auto V, it nudged past the competition in Shadow of the Tomb Raider. It also flexed its next-generation muscle in Far Cry 6 and Borderlands 3. While we were impressed with the overall build quality and design of the Aorus 15X, the keyboard lacked good tactile feedback. The display performed well in real-world testing despite its on-paper shortcoming with brightness, but the speakers are lackluster at best."
