The Dell Inspiron 14 7425 offers a better balance of portability and battery life, making it suitable for general use with a touchscreen and decent performance capabilities. However, if you require a laptop for more intensive tasks such as gaming, 3D rendering, or machine learning, the Gigabyte Aorus 17H, with its powerful processor, advanced graphics card, and larger display, will significantly outperform the Dell, though it is less portable and typically more expensive. For engineering tasks that demand high performance, the Aorus 17H also stands out, but its size and weight impact its portability. Give Feedback

How the Dell Inspiron 14 7425 and the Gigabyte Aorus 17H compare to other laptops
"Overall, this Dell Inspiron 14 2-in-1 offers a lot to like, especially at its oft-discounted price of $800. It’s a sturdy laptop with strong performance, a convertible touchscreen, loud speakers, and a convenient fingerprint reader. But the trade-offs you’ll make in pursuit of that lower price—most notably the dim display and stiff trackpad—might just keep you from outright loving it."
"Overall though, it’s *lots of swearing* fast, seriously. For work, rendering, gaming, it doesn’t matter, this is a true weapon of performance that’s going to run rings around most high-end desktop systems. If you absolutely have to game at ultra-high refresh rates on the go (but within thinking distance of a plug socket), this is the ticket. I can’t see such an extreme being that appealing to everyone, but if you take your gaming seriously, or even professionally, there’s nothing else out there that comes close that you can still fit in your backpack and travel with."
