Based on the comparison between the Dell Alienware m15 R7 and the Razer Blade 15, here's what you should consider: The Dell is often slightly more expensive and heavier, which makes it less portable but it has a robust gaming appearance, higher battery capacity, and is slightly better for engineering tasks due to its powerful AMD processor. The Razer Blade, on the other hand, is usually less expensive, lighter, making it more portable, and has double the storage. Both laptops come with an Nvidia RTX 3070 Ti GPU for gaming, same size and type of display, and are not touchscreen. If portability and budget are your main concerns, go for the Razer Blade 15. If you are looking for slightly better performance for engineering tasks regardless of the bulk and price, opt for the Dell Alienware m15 R7. Give Feedback

The Dell Alienware m15 R7 and the Razer Blade 15 both offer screens that are sharp, bright, and provide rich colors which are great for everyday tasks like web browsing, video streaming, and document editing. For engineering and design, their screens cover a wide range of colors, helping professionals see their work with precise hues and saturation levels, which is crucial for accuracy in visual projects. However, for gaming and 3D applications, their screens fall short because they don't refresh as quickly as others, making them less ideal for fast-paced action where smooth motion is key to the experience.

How the Dell Alienware m15 R7 and the Razer Blade 15 compare to other laptops
"The Alienware M15 offers solid gaming and leading endurance. It makes the most of its CPU and GPU while delivering stellar battery life for a gaming laptop. Opening the lid presents a full-size keyboard with honeycomb cutouts above it on the deck. An oblong RBG lightning element surrounds the entire rear panel and can be color-synced with the other lights on the laptop. There’s not a lot to dislike about the M15 Its productivity performance lagged in some areas, particularly in the storage benchmark, and it’s a bit heavy. Alienware has a clear winner here with the M15 based on its strong overall performance and endurance."
"The 2022 Blade 15 offers roughly 15 to 25 percent faster graphics performance and 20 percent faster CPU performance over last year's Core i7-11800H and RTX 3080 model. Thankfully, the system doesn't need to run noticeably louder or warmer to achieve faster results, but both power consumption and battery life take a hit. The higher consumption in particular appears to be a trend amongst many 12th gen Core laptops including the Schenker Uniwill Technology GM7AG8P or MSI Vector GP66 when compared to their previous generation counterparts. We're also glad to not see below-average CPU performance which was the case for the 10th gen Core i7-10875H model."
