The ASUS Zenbook Pro 15 offers better portability and battery life, which makes it well-suited for general use and tasks on the go. Its OLED screen provides vibrant colors and high contrast, making it ideal for entertainment and content consumption. On the other hand, the Gigabyte Aorus 15X, while less portable and with shorter battery life, is equipped with a more powerful processor and graphics card, offering higher performance for 3D rendering, machine learning, and engineering tasks as well as intensive gaming. Its higher resolution screen is also better for productivity and creative work. Choose the Zenbook Pro 15 for mobility and everyday use or the Aorus 15X for performance-intensive tasks and better visuals in creative applications. Give Feedback

The Gigabyte Aorus 15X is very good for gaming and AI, while the ASUS Zenbook Pro 15 is only fair.
The Gigabyte Aorus 15X delivers a superior gaming and 3D experience compared to the ASUS Zenbook Pro 15 primarily due to its more powerful GPU, the Nvidia RTX 4070, and a much higher screen refresh rate of 240Hz versus the RTX 3050 Ti and 60Hz screen on the ASUS. Furthermore, the CPU performance on the Aorus 15X is likely better for demanding tasks due to its latest Intel i9 model, complementing its better screen quality with a higher resolution, which contributes to a crisper and more fluid visual experience for gaming and 3D applications.

The ASUS Zenbook Pro 15 has a better screen than the Gigabyte Aorus 15X for engineering and design, while the Gigabyte Aorus 15X has a better screen for gaming and AI, content creation, and software development.
The ASUS Zenbook Pro 15 offers excellent screen clarity and color accuracy that benefits tasks like photo editing and graphic design, with its high resolution and wide color gamut making it suitable for engineering and design work as well. However, it lacks a fast refresh rate which is crucial for a smooth gaming and 3D experience. Alternatively, the Gigabyte Aorus 15X, while having similar benefits for general and engineering uses, may not have as wide a color gamut which could slightly diminish its appeal for professionals needing the most accurate color representation.

How the ASUS Zenbook Pro 15 and the Gigabyte Aorus 15X compare to other laptops
"The ASUS Zenbook Pro 15 offers a strong CPU, chassis, and display. One of the most popular 15.6-inch prosumer or multimedia laptops out there is the Dell XPS 15. Thus, comparisons between it and the Asus Zenbook Pro 15 are inevitable. Asus has a couple of tricks up its sleeve that XPS users are still missing out on including 1080p OLED and an AMD Ryzen CPU which help separate the Zenbook Pro 15 from the XPS 15. It also integrates a numpad and a few more port options albeit at the cost of a larger chassis size."
"The Gigabyte Aorus 15X is a strong showing of Raptor Lake and RTX 4000 series. While the Aorus had trouble keeping up in older games like Grand Theft Auto V, it nudged past the competition in Shadow of the Tomb Raider. It also flexed its next-generation muscle in Far Cry 6 and Borderlands 3. While we were impressed with the overall build quality and design of the Aorus 15X, the keyboard lacked good tactile feedback. The display performed well in real-world testing despite its on-paper shortcoming with brightness, but the speakers are lackluster at best."
