The ASUS Zenbook Duo is a unique choice with its dual-screen design, enhancing multitasking and creative workflows. However, its battery life is slightly better than the MSI Prestige 16. It's a bit lighter and has a higher screen refresh rate, which is great for smooth visual experiences. The MSI Prestige 16, on the other hand, offers more storage, double the RAM for heavy multitasking, and a slightly bigger screen without touchscreen functionality. It also boasts a higher screen resolution, which provides sharper images, although it has a more traditional single-screen setup. Both have good build quality and similar port selections, but if advanced connectivity like Ethernet is required, neither offers it. The MSI might be more future-proof for demanding tasks with its higher RAM, whereas the ASUS provides innovative features for specific use cases like content creation where a second screen is beneficial. Choose the ASUS if you value portability and innovative dual-screen use, or the MSI for more power and storage for intensive tasks. Give Feedback

NotebookCheck

Allen Ngo | May 2020
"The Asus ZenBook Duo's second screen is like the Apple Touch Bar, but better. Most would agree that having two screens instead of one can really boost productivity and the ZenBook Duo is no different in this regard. It's tough going back to just one screen after becoming accustomed to spacious dual-screen setups. For a laptop form factor, however, users will have to accept some compromises. Firstly, weight is the most obvious drawback as the system is several hundred grams heavier than a regular ZenBook 14. Additionally, colors on the second screen will not be as vivid as the main display."

Paul Antill | June 2023
"The MSI Prestige 16 Evo: 2023's best value 16” thin & light laptop with i7-13700H. One of the top choices for professionals and students seeking a high-performance, portable computing solution in 2023. While the MSI Prestige 16 Evo A13M may not boast the most striking design compared to some other 16" options, its relatively "safe" styling lends itself well to professional and educational environments. Significantly, it doesn't compromise on essential features like port selection or cooling performance, ensuring seamless connectivity and efficient thermal management. The 16 Evo A13M offers an excellent combination of performance, portability, and functionality, making it a compelling choice for professionals and students alike."
