When choosing between the ASUS Zenbook Duo 14 and the Gigabyte G5, consider their strengths based on your needs. The Zenbook Duo 14 is more expensive and offers a dual screen setup, a touch screen, and longer battery life, making it well-suited for multitasking and general use. Its lightweight design enhances portability. However, the Gigabyte G5, while cheaper, has a stronger performance in 3D, machine learning, and engineering tasks, thanks to its dedicated gaming-grade graphics card. The G5's screen is better for fast motion and gaming, but it has a shorter battery life and is heavier, which may affect portability. Give Feedback

The Gigabyte G5 is good for gaming and AI, while the ASUS Zenbook Duo 14 is only fair.
The Gigabyte G5 is better for gaming and 3D tasks primarily because it has a more powerful Nvidia RTX 4060 graphics card and a higher screen refresh rate of 144Hz, compared to the Asus Zenbook Duo 14's integrated Intel graphics and 60Hz screen. While the Asus has good screen quality and a decent CPU, the GPU and refresh rate are more critical for gaming and 3D applications, where the Gigabyte G5 excels.

The ASUS Zenbook Duo 14 has a better screen than the Gigabyte G5 for general use, engineering and design, and software development, while the Gigabyte G5 has a better screen for gaming and AI.
For general use, the ASUS Zenbook Duo 14 offers a combination of high resolution and brightness, making it comfortable for everyday tasks and media consumption, while the Gigabyte G5 has decent display attributes but may not be as vibrant or sharp. When it comes to engineering and design, the Zenbook's superior color accuracy and wider color gamuts ensure more precise colors critical for professional work, which may not be as finely represented on the Gigabyte G5. However, for 3D applications and gaming, both laptops might fall short due to lower refresh rates, limiting the smoothness of motion, but the Gigabyte G5's fair screen could still offer a satisfactory experience for casual gaming within its limits.

How the ASUS Zenbook Duo 14 and the Gigabyte G5 compare to other laptops
"The Asus ZenBook Duo's second screen is like the Apple Touch Bar, but better. Most would agree that having two screens instead of one can really boost productivity and the ZenBook Duo is no different in this regard. It's tough going back to just one screen after becoming accustomed to spacious dual-screen setups. For a laptop form factor, however, users will have to accept some compromises. Firstly, weight is the most obvious drawback as the system is several hundred grams heavier than a regular ZenBook 14. Additionally, colors on the second screen will not be as vivid as the main display."
"The Gigabyte G5 KE is a midrange gaming laptop that checks most boxes. Gigabyte makes good use of the Core i5-12500H and RTX 3060 Laptop GPU combo, and we find no untoward issues with overall performance. The dual-fan quad-heatpipe cooling arrangement does well to ensure that the underlying hardware doesn't throttle under load. That being said, the display is below par when compared to 2023 standards, especially when competing devices."
