If your primary concern is affordability and you don't need advanced multitasking capabilities, the ASUS Zenbook 14X OLED stands out as a cost-effective option with a high-quality OLED display, which makes for vivid colors and contrasts, and it's lighter for better portability. However, if you're willing to invest more for additional features, the ASUS Zenbook Duo (2024) provides you with more RAM for smoother multitasking and complex tasks, a slightly longer battery life for extended use without charging, and unique dual-screen functionality that could be beneficial for productivity and creative work. Both have integrated graphics, making them suitable for general use and light gaming, but not for intensive gaming or high-end graphics work. Give Feedback

PCMag

Matthew Buzzi | September 2023
"While one of the more budget-friendly configurations of the Asus Zenbook 14X OLED may make a compelling case as a top value pick, it’s difficult to be disappointed with the more expensive model we reviewed here. At its core, for all models, it’s a luxury-built laptop with extreme portability and a gorgeous OLED display. Our unit rocks with a snappy Core i9 processor for getting real work done, and the discrete GPU—even if it has a clear power ceiling—is a bonus for creative pros."

NotebookCheck

Allen Ngo | May 2020
"The Asus ZenBook Duo's second screen is like the Apple Touch Bar, but better. Most would agree that having two screens instead of one can really boost productivity and the ZenBook Duo is no different in this regard. It's tough going back to just one screen after becoming accustomed to spacious dual-screen setups. For a laptop form factor, however, users will have to accept some compromises. Firstly, weight is the most obvious drawback as the system is several hundred grams heavier than a regular ZenBook 14. Additionally, colors on the second screen will not be as vivid as the main display."
