The ASUS Vivobook S 14 OLED is a compelling choice for those seeking a balance of performance and portability with its sleek design and vibrant OLED display, making it ideal for general use and casual creative work. Its lower midrange price point offers good value, especially for the display quality. However, its gaming and engineering capabilities are limited due to the less powerful GPU and CPU compared to the MSI.
On the other hand, the MSI Stealth GS77 is designed for high performance, particularly in gaming, 3D rendering, and machine learning tasks, thanks to its powerful Nvidia RTX 3070 Ti GPU and ample RAM. The larger 17.3-inch IPS display with a high refresh rate is excellent for fast-paced gaming and detailed engineering work. It's built for users who prioritize performance over portability and are willing to pay a premium price for it. The MSI also offers better connectivity options and expandability, which is great for power users.
In summary, choose the ASUS for its excellent display, portability, and value for general use. Opt for the MSI if you need top-tier performance for gaming, 3D tasks, or engineering work, and you're less concerned about weight and cost. Give Feedback

How the ASUS Vivobook S 14 OLED and the MSI Stealth GS77 compare to other laptops
"The MSI Stealth GS77 is better than the GS76... mostly. The GS77 is a few steps forward and a few steps back from the GS76. Improvements are numerous including the stronger and more rigid skeleton, higher resolution webcam, larger clickpad, easier serviceability, relatively similar battery runtimes, newer display options, and higher performance at about the same TDP and TGP levels as before. CPU performance is better than expected even when compared to other laptops with Core i7 or Core i9 processors. The newer model feels more substantial than the outgoing one for higher quality impressions as well."
