The ASUS Vivobook Pro 14 offers a higher-resolution OLED screen and better color accuracy which is ideal for creative work, but it's a bit more expensive and has a shorter battery life. In contrast, the MSI Modern 14 brings more storage and RAM which could enhance multitasking and generally faster performance while being more affordable, but it's equipped with a lower quality IPS screen and shorter battery life. If you're focused on graphic design or video editing, the ASUS might be more suitable, whereas if cost and general performance are your priority, the MSI could be the better choice. Give Feedback

The ASUS Vivobook Pro 14 has a better screen than the MSI Modern 14 for general use, gaming and AI, and engineering and design.
For general use, the Asus Vivobook Pro 14 offers vibrant colors and sharper details due to its higher resolution and brightness, while the MSI Modern 14 provides a sufficient but less vivid and crisp display experience. In engineering and design, the Asus stands out because it covers a wider range of colors, essential for precise color work, whereas the MSI has more limited color coverage, making it less suitable for professional color grading or detailed design tasks. When it comes to gaming and 3D applications, both laptops fall short because of their refresh rates, which are lower and lead to less fluid motion; however, their screen resolutions and types are adequate but not optimal for high-paced or graphically intense games.

How the ASUS Vivobook Pro 14 and the MSI Modern 14 compare to other laptops
"The Asus Vivobook Pro 14 OLED is a Pantone Validated laptop that packs a lot of processing power. The Asus VivoBook Pro 14 OLED's highlight is its outstanding display: Featuring a 3K resolution in the 16:10 format and nearly a 100% coverage of the Display P3 color space, the display hardly leaves anything to be desired. The Asus laptop also shows impeccable rates in terms of general system performance. Combined with long battery life, low noise emissions, and relatively good speakers, the laptop can be recommended to users who can accept compromises in terms of connectivity."
Alexander Tozzi, Ryan Lim, and John Peroramas | October 2023
"The MSI Modern 14 is okay for school use. It's very compact, so it's easy to carry around. It has a sharp display, a spacious keyboard, and a reasonably large touchpad. Its Intel 13th Gen CPU and integrated graphics can handle general productivity tasks like text processing and web browsing; however, don't expect to do anything intensive like 3D modeling or physics simulations. Unfortunately, the battery lasts less than five hours of light use, and the display doesn't get bright enough to combat glare."
